AWFUL: AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
I have ordered from this company twice. The third order, after spending several hours to put together an order, they decided that they didn't want to send it because it will cost too much (even though I paid for shipping). It took them weeks to let me know that they would not be sending this order. I have requested a refund and they are now claiming they never received a payment and are refusing to send me my money back. This has wasted an immense amount of time and money. I would avoid this company, as their products are stained, have holes, smell and you can get much better products elsewhere. They have $100s of my money and have not sent any products.

Firstly, we want to apologize for the lack of communication and slow service. We had a few operational issues as we processed all our orders from our 90% sale. On this day we received over 2000+ orders in a day and this took us over 2 weeks to process the backlog.
Since your payment was processed through Klarna, there were some complications with refunding the payment as we've highlighted in our on going communications with you. We're in communications with Klarna in order to clarify if the refund will be processed through Shopify or through Klarna themselves.
From your previous 4 orders, we've never received any complaints about any of the quality of the products, my associate Kayleigh has just reached out about this issue as feedback with help us with the quality of our products :-)

Great experience
Great clothes, their conditions were honestly even better than the photos. Everything was clean, well packaged and the communication with them was great.
The prices were super worth and I was 100% happy with everything I got.
