They refuse to do any returns unless the item is faulty. This is against UK law. Avoid! The shoes I received were not the size I ordered.

Pros: I did receive the socks and they are basically what I expected. It took about a week for them to be delivered to the UK which is pretty good.

Cons: The company does lie on their site - the items are sent from China, not the Netherlands. I wouldn't have ordered if they were honest about where they were being sent from. They didn't even offer "expedited shipping" to me as they claim to on their Shipping Policy page. At time of writing, the price is also listed cheaper on Google Shopping than what it actually is so make sure to check the price you're actually paying.

Generally a deceptive and shady site even though I did get the product and it seems fine.

Low quality dropshipping company

They didn't ship for weeks until I specifically prodded them. When it shipped, tracking said the product was coming from China despite their website claiming to ship from the Netherlands. The product arrives in a branded packet, but the socks themselves are clearly just some generic version equivalent to any number of products on Ali Express.

The socks are also bad. They're extremely non-breathable and feel very unpleasant to wear.

Scam. Product never arrived. Loads of messages back and forth like stock being out and promises of sending new order. Now refusing refund. Bought skinners instead and love them.

Do no use.

Still waiting for my order which was placed in November 2021!! Every time I chase them, they keep saying 'within the next 2 weeks'. Absolute joke.

The product is good & I believe in their vision. Sadly their new pair of socks wasn't the right size due to manufacturing difficulties, so they are sending me a new pair free of charge. Very much looking forward to it!

I tried walking in these shoes, but they would just walk straight off my feet. I tried several ways of wearing them with or without socks, without the insole and I only had to walk a few feet and they would slide straight off. It mystifies me how I can see video of people jogging and doing all sorts of activities with them on because for me they just wouldn't stay on. I have fairly normal feet, although large and I chose the 2.0 version because they were supposedly a wider fit

I like the new bare socks, thee feel like mij OWN skin, these onze are definately better and i was a real fan of the first socks i got. Well done !

Today, I have received my socks and I’m very happy with the fitting/sizing and the quality of the product. I had ordered them in the presale and was expecting them earlier but as Baresocks team communicated via emails, they had manufacturing issues so my socks are delayed. Nevertheless, it’s very professional of them to communicate this with their customers and follow a transparent process. 👌🏻

I haven't received the product and it's been far beyond the estimated delivery duration.

Customer service notified me timely and politely on the delay in production. I am not sure why I got this review request, since I am yet to receive the Baresocks …..
