I received an email from baressoshop.se purporting to be from Netflix, saying that my Netflix account has been put on hold and asking me to provide my credit card details so it could be restored. From a Google search, barressoshop is a cosmetic seller in Sweden so I took this to be a Phishing email.
I attempted to reach this company the other day both by email and by phone. I never got a response or was able to get through on the phone line at all. I reached out because I was interested in making a purchase. So, I don’t understand why any company would turn down money to be quite honest. All I know is they do not care about their customers! Stay away from this website at all costs!
Amazingly horrible! doesn't allow for zero stars which they deserve. I had called the day before to purchase a product, the lady I spoke with on the phone said they had it at both of their locations in Stockholm. We went to their location at gotgatan and the man there was extremely stressed, gave a lot of excuses why he could not find it and finally said they just sold the last two a couple minutes before we arrived. Called again same lady answered and said to order from their online store and pick it u at their other store. I ordered and i had the option to have it delivered home or pick up at the store. I did as she suggested and chose in-store pick up.
Went to the store and after running around in the back she came back and said they didn't have it as it was not delivered. not delivered? She asked me to speak with her boss who was rude and extremely unprofessional. Do not waste a customers time telling them to order and pick up at your store if you don't have it. Do not claim on your website that something is in stock when in fact it is not.
Their excuse is that they have no control over their own website. That makes zero sense especially after we called you twice and you told us, that you had it in stock at both of your locations and to just go to pick them up.
Now here is the kicker, after claiming they didn't have the product while leaving we saw the same product along with others on display. Yet, they claimed they were not allowed to sell it to us or let us have one, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR IT. incompetent and Just horrible.
