Great service, speedy delivery and the end result is very comfortable shoes!

They did not deliver the order in the timeframe promised. They have not replied to any of my several emails regarding what the order is. There is mo contact number to call and speak to a human being .
Can only assume they just order their shoes from Temu and their delivery time frame is dependent on how quickly Temu delivers.
Same yourself more than 50% and just order directly from Temu.

The communication and updates. The care for their customers. I can't wait for my shoes. I'm just so sorry I ordered the wrong size. But, I will wait patiently for the updates on my order. Thank you Barestep.

Approval of exchange for a larger size took a few weeks. On receiving approval I had ro select different colors that were available. I received notification that the shoes are ready and await courier pickup. I enquired if the delivery address could be changed, ne er received a response, but sone 2 weeks later received ed messages for pickup, which was confusing. Monday 19th Jan I was informed my colors were no longer available, only white. I do not understand the reponse that my delivery address change enquiry resulted in the package supposed already at the courier to be changed, or whatever, and colors I requested no longer available. I am now waiting for new stock to arrive with darker colors I prefer.

It was only a pleasure dealing with Laura, as she done everything to help me to solve my problem. If the shoes is as good as their service, it would be outstanding!

Alledged amazing shoes advertised, but delivery never happens, and I was only informed that my shoes are going to be a "no show" after I had to follow up. Let's see if the refund clears into my account.

Shoes undelivered and no stock and no compensation. Poor customer service not even a phone call. Why do a big promo of your shoes and underdeliver? Shocked that you dont offer any solutions and no way forward.

I was at first skeptical, but then was so impressed by how quickly I got my shoes and how great they feel wearing them.

I want to express my experience with the Customer Service.
It is over and above any I have experienced. There was continued conversation until the issue was solved.
It is resolved and we both are happy.
As for the shoes. I have no complaint. I have found that light socks feel better for me. Other people feel that BareFooted is best.

Still don't have my shoes. I emailed you 5 times and no response from your customer care email address.
Terrible service after I returned the shoes and I still don't have them...Almost a month since I ordered them and 2.5 weeks since I returned them.
I am back from holiday and my address changed which you did not seem to manage at all.
I would not recommend you to anyone. In fact I will recommend not to use you under any circumstances.
I will write a post on face book and Instagram and Hello Peter to make sure no one I know ever buys from you.
I doubt you will even bother to respond to this.

Hi you product is amazing, no problem with that.

I just had to wait a long time for my shoes to arrive, had to mail to find out when it is coming, It is exactly the same with my next order that I placed on 27/12/2025. It is now 3 weeks.

Please let me know when will I receive them.

I have not received my replacement shoes after weeks. The wrong size was collected but I have received the replacement yet.
