When we picked up the car
When we picked up the car, they rushed us to drive away without any walk through.
When we returned, they claimed us $1000 for the scratch. The car is full of sensors. If we near any object, we will be notified. We didn't aware of this situation. That's why we are so depressed and disappointed for the claims.
Not to mention, I paid extra $3xx for insurance.

Great car
Great car, as described, easy airport pickup system. Staff very informative of all options and were not pushy. Best price for an airport located car hire. Went through booking agency but will next time skip the online extras waiver and will pay for this with the car rental service as price almost identical and if there were issues it would have been a cleaner process. Drop off process simple and efficient. Highly recommend their service.
