Everything was fantastic other than the customer services representative who served me, he was miserable.

Easy pick up with the complimentary shuttle , friendly staff , easy drop off and again shuttle was there waiting for us .. super easy with no dramas . Definitely would use again next year .

We have always used Bargain Car Rentals Brisbane Airport..We use them about twice a year..We are reasonably happy with their cars,and service provided..The only thing negative we can say..is that the shuttle driver.who we had on our trip to(13th Aug) and from(23rd Aug) the airport to your office,was grumpy and unfriendly..as if he was just doing a job..He is the first Australian you meet outside the airport..and a friendly Smile would go a long way 😀

Great price, good car, economical. A few little defects that were not noted and could have been a bit cleaner.

From the very start,the phone call to book & organise the vehicle,the staff were so helpful,& then when we arrived in Brissy,the courtesy coach was quik & from there it was just straight to the depot,unfortunately our vehicle had some problems,?,so we were given a better one at the same price.

Poor customer service, tried to force extra unnecessary insurance and no uber voucher on early drop offs, dirty/unorganised depo

Service staff were quite helpful and assisted me on setting up the vehicle before entering traffic (navigation).

Car was great but kept oversteering especially at roadworks car tried to keep within old lines and nearly went into a barriers a few times, had to indicate to keep in correct lines

10/10 experience that didn’t feel budget at all, except the price :D Staff in the Brisbane office was super helpful and competent, handover went smoothly and without any issues so taking the full insurance was worth it! Would highly recommend and book over Bargain again any time we come back to OZ

Staff were all helpful and well manned. Vehicle was clean upon receiving.

The car was great; however, management in the Brisbane office was very confusing about when the shuttle bus would travel. Nonetheless, after a phone call to the head office, things were explained differently, and the matter was cleared. We took an Uber.

Once in the office, good customer service. Officious person in the car park outside.
