Staff were friendly and clear on all conditions. The only thing I think they need is an express key drop or at least prioritise car returns over pick ups since returns are heading to the airport on the shuttle bus and can’t be late

Shuttle too and from rental place was good, shuttle was quite packed. Mg car was good, clean and ready to go. Price was fair. Custom service were good, I would use again.

Very good value car hire compromised by some maintenance issues on both cars we received. Brakes, headlights, and audio issues frustrated an otherwise good experience.

Car was ready and clean, but every car has it's own little ideosynchrasies such as "how do you open the fuel tank" etc. A minute or two to explain these, if any, would have been helpful. Otherwise, very good experience. Great price

Felt confident through the whole process. Once I arrived from the free shuttle, the woman at the counter was very reassuring, friendly and easy going. she answered any question I had happily and showed me around the car before I drove it. It was a very modern car with lots of integrated tech features. I had to pull over a few times to reset the phone-car connection unfortunately, because the map display would freeze. Otherwise easy to drive and no worries at all with their $0 excess package. Great service, staff 10/10 and price was great too.

We had a good experience. The hire car was in good condition, clean inside, the minor paint work damage was all correctly recorded on the pick-up documents. Return was very quick. The price was the best available by a considerable amount at the Sunshine Coast when we hired the car.
There was no owners manual in the car and as a 1st time driver of an MG I had some difficulty using the cruise control. I have already suggested if they don't want to have the manual in the car, at least have a sheet in the car that explains how the controls work.

We have dealt with Bargin Car Rentals for many years and happy. This particular event wasn't all that perfect, however resolved. The car rented we picked up at depot in Coolangatta. Jumped in the car and smelt of smoke, didn't take too much notice and went north. Following morning back in the car, the smoke smell still lingering, so offensive. We drove the car back to the depot and did a swap after consultation with client agent via phone and at depot. The agent even stated the smoke smell was rather rank. Agent resolved the issue and we took off again. We use bargain most times when required and will do again. Slight hick up on this occasion which was resolved, losing a days travel.

Prompt to be delivered and picked up from the airport, staff were well organised and mannerly, the car worked well and your pricing was good and your understanding of older drivers is appreciated.

Slight hiccup initially but was resolved quickly. Great vehicle, clean, tidy and absolutely no issues around collection or return. Would recommend.

I highly recommended Bargain Car Rentals. They have the best rates and the vehicles are modern, serviced and reliable. I've rented elsewhere before and have paid through the nose previously with those bigger rental companies. Never again... I'm sticking with Bargain Car Rental. Highly recommend the staff at the Gold Coast depot.

Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff, well presented car

Renting a big car for the seven of us traveling was easy, uncomplicated and at a good price.
Got a free shuttle to and from the airport to the depot and received a late model car, which was great.
Will use these guys again next time.

Was very nervous because my last experience with booking a hire care (different company) was horrible.
Bargain were great, easy to organise the shuttle bus from the airport, staff were great and very helpful, even saved me an extra $20 when we got there. Car was great too, very comfy, clean and reliable. Managed to fit all 8 of us, which included 5 large adults and 3 children in car seats.
Will be looking at Bargin Car Hire for our next trip.

Booking was easy and the staff both at pick up and drop off were excellent. Car was new, clean and very economical to drive. The unlimited per day kms was so good as I didn’t have to worry about making sure I kept in the range. I will definitely be hiring from you again.

The service was very good; exceptional. The girl was very friendly and we very quickly had a great car waiting for us. When we returned the car, the shuttle bus was about to leave so the driver asked us a few questions and we were loaded onto the bus. Highly recommend. Also prices were great, even when we added full insurance.
