Hopeless communication
No contact phone. We waited an hour for the shuttle bus and had no way of knowing if you were picking us up. Car only had 3/4 fuel in it but didn’t realize until we were already driving and the office was closed - again no contact phone number to call. Charged us double the toll fees - should have been $24 but charged us $48. I’d never recommend you and really should have given you 1 star but I’m nice.

Very easy and convenient
Very easy and convenient - i was out of the rental office within 15mins after the 'paperwork' which was essentially all digitally done.
Car was pretty new - only 15000 km on the clock and it came in well washed and cleaned.

Heavy sales pitch on the insurance which I didn't need or want but ended up forking out another $800. I only drove the car twice in 8 days! Great car though cute little hybrid.

We're very sorry that the conversation at the depot was confusing. We are required to inform our customers of any risks they're taking, so regarding the third-party insurance, this product is not related to Bargain Car Rentals, and this is where the confusion lies. It cannot reduce your excess, and if an accident occurs, all excesses and fees are payable to us.
You can then file a claim to be reimbursed through the third-party insurance provider. We do then have to advise you of the conditions of the basic level of coverage, so you're aware of what you could be paying, to be reimbursed at a later date.
Excellent customer service.
