Reasonable price but all MG cars.
Purposefully went for a higher category and price in order to avoid MG cars - when we arrived we were told that all cars in the SUV category are MG (and when I looked over the forecourt there are very few other makes). I personally hate driving MG cars so would not book again based on this.
Shuttle can take a long time during rush hour - had the keys 1 hr from calling the number for the shuttle so plan for this depending on what time you land. Voicemail advised that I would get a text message confirming shuttle would pick us up - I did not receive this and called the number 3 times as there is no indication whether someone is on their way or not.
Car itself was in reasonable shape and no issues on return.

Excessive toll charges bill
I am shocked at the toll charges bill of ＄58 for a 15 minutes drive in Sydney. Total charges of about $165 for my stay of 3 days, its more expensive than the total car rental price. Customers should be given the contact information of the toll agency for further enquiries.

We do list our admin fee that will fall on per toll in our frequently asked questions page over at https://bargaincarrentals.com.au/help-faq/ and is listed on the agreement for you to look over before you collect a vehicle.
Depending on where you are driving does change which tolling company may be operating for each area so is is hard to give you a catch all piece of information when we are unsure which company you may need to contact.
All toll charges can avoid the admin fee that will be applied when we need to charge for tolls by using a physical e-tag when driving those roads with our vehicles.

Not at the airport
We were not aware that the Bargain Car Rentals is not located at the airport.
We had to manage our luggage to another terminal to the rental cars area and only then learned that we had to call a special phone no to request a shuttle bus, which also did not pick us up from the terminal but at some parking area where we also hat to walk to with all the luggage. There wasn´t even a bargain Car Sign in the rental cars area. Very very inconvenient.
The car and service at the location was OK.

While we do list all of our depot locations with maps for shuttle collection locations over at https://bargaincarrentals.com.au/locations/ as well as in our confirmations we send out I can see you have booked through one of our agents so our website may not have been the one you have had a look at.
We do work with them to make sure they have the correct information to provide any customer that books through them, I will be passing this feedback through to my agent liaison for follow up on your feedback.
Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. As a first time user I found the pickup a bit clunky. This was probably exacerbated by a lot of customers arriving at the same time for both pickup and checkin. The agents seemed a bit overwhelmed. Throughout they were calm and welcoming.
The rental car was reasonable and met my expectations.
I would definitely recommend Bargain Car Rentals and use them again.

Shutle for Internatinal Terminal
I came from Doha and the shutle wait on Domestic Terminal, I lost more then 2 hour to arived on then rental sation.
