As soon as we walked through the door…
As soon as we walked through the door we were genuinely welcomed, the staff were extremely friendly and overwhelmingly helpful. The pair of shoes I saw online were not on display or even in that store so the assistant organised for them to be brought to the shop within an hour and notified us when they arrived.
The quality of the shoes are truly excellent and made in Türkiye which is a major plus. The staff are very proud of their stock and it is very apparent they want you to feel the utmost comfort and satisfaction in wearing them.
With that level of (rare) service and the exceptional way we were treated as customers - we look forward to purchasing again from Barhion here in Sydney.

Unable to return shoes. Shoes are not up to the standard I expected. Although customer service has been polite to me the web site has not been updated and I am not satisfied that a refund will be submitted. I buy shoes all the time and I will never buy from this company again. I have had a stressful experience and will not repeat my mistake
