Customer service reps are disrespectful and rude, I think that’s the theme of the company in general, from the top down.

DOES NOT STAND BEHIND GUARANTEE

I just received an email from them that they are not standing behind their 100% guarantee. Do not buy from this company!
"This is to inform you that we have received an Alert from our account credit management about the number of transaction store credits that was given to your account, due to some products that you "did not like". Our team went through each of your orders and noticed a couple of store credits given on most of your orders.
We are sorry to inform you but your BariatricPal Guarantee will be voided moving forward."
I've received a few products that I haven't liked and have requested replacements/credits. But their 100% guarantee states; "We stand behind our products, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you try a product and are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days." This is stated multiple times on their website.
BEWARE!! If you don't like something, you're limited with being able to say anything about it. Very underhanded thing for a company to do.
