My first contact with Barista was after my grinder failed and I purchased a new one from Barista. I was very happy with the information about the grinder, the price the order process and payment system and with the grinder itself. So happy that I immediately ordered some beans even though I have my long-standing favourite supply. I have not tried the coffee yet so I have that yet to come and can't comment upon that but the grinder performs really well with my existing beans. Grind and time adjustment are easy to set and perform well and the emiautomatic fill of the espresso machine basket is just great.

Large milk steaming jug. Arrived promptly. Not bad value for what appears to be well made and looks good too!

I contacted the company pre-delivery as I’d made a mistake on my order. They answered immediately and were friendly and helpful. The package had already been despatched so couldn’t be changed but to be honest it, I didn’t need to change it anyway. Great product delivered quickly.

Always arrives on time (as in just before we run out) as we have the perfect amount on subscription. We have a busy salon and all the customers love the coffee. Great coffee, great service and have no problem highly recommending to all.

I purchased a Core Coffee Press online and everything arrived as advertised. Unfortunately, the handle broke off clean whilst hand washing the beaker only after 3 months of use. I contacted Barista & Co Coffee and they replaced the beaker without any issue. I was very happy with the customer service and the speed in which everything was taken care of. I would not hesitate to make future purchases from this company.

Really high quality cafetière. My wife is really happy with it. She can brew her organic coffee. All stainless steel and no plastic. Brilliant. Good product.

Quick and efficient service. I bought the Barista and Co coffee grinder which is excellent. Small and compact width wise so fits inmy kitchen well. It seems well built and so far has ground coffee for a stove top coffee maker and a coffee plunger very well

Excellent product but woeful communication. Nothing received after order acknowledgement.
Promised an update on dispatch but nothing received.

Coffee grinder works well, easy and intuitive to use. Only non-intuitive step was finding the brush and scoop.. they're hidden under the top of the bean holder! But the customer service was very quick and friendly when I thought my new grinder was missing those pieces. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service!

Came across this company whilst looking for decent decaf beans. Tried once and liked them so much I’ve been subscribing regularly for 6 months. Always excellent coffee and very reliable service. You are able to postpone a delivery if required (I’ve never needed to use this as have always been ready for the next delivery when it is due!). Would definitely recommend!

The coffee grinder was easy to order and arrived well packaged and promptly. Its assembly was straightforward with simple instructions and useful hints on use. It is relatively quiet and produces ground coffee without mess.

I was wanting a decent coffee grinder at a reasonable price and they have delivered I am well chuffed, works a treat and good quality, so would definitely recommend them the delivery came before estimated couldn’t ask for more.

It's hard to find a good decaffeinated coffee and Barista & Co do a good one.

Huge delay on delivery. Was given false information on my product when I spoke with them over the phone. I asked several times for a tracking number for my order and was never given one

Easy to order, well packaged and arrived safely.

Very pleased with the Twist Press. Simple to use and quick and easy to clean. Doesn't take up much room in the kitchen and easy to take on holiday to use instead of having to have instant coffee in hotel room.

First rate. Good product ( second purchase ) prompt delivery - all good.
