Hedge cutting

They gave a really good price for the hedge work. The hedges are great now, we can see over them. They started work with 10 mins of being here and they only came to give us a quote.

Very disappointing experience with Bark.

I signed up expecting genuine leads, but my experience has been extremely poor. I spent credits on leads that appeared to be fake or completely unresponsive, and when I tried to claim my credits back under their “hire guaranteed or credit return” promise, Bark refused.

In my opinion, the platform feels very misleading. You are encouraged to keep buying credits, but when the leads are poor quality or seem fake, it is very difficult to get any support or refund.

I would not recommend Bark to other small businesses. It has felt like a waste of money and time, and the service has not delivered what was promised.

We buy Credits but bad leads

Ive been with Bark for several years paying for leads for catering. Their costs have gone up but the validity of the leads have hone down. Scammers. Disconnected phone numbers. People who were being required yo pick annswers just yo check out the site. The worst part is you spend 10-20$ a lead for garbage and they are not Prompt with refunds.
They have gotten way worse over the last two years.

You're paying for Craigslist-quality leads.

You're paying for Craigslist-quality leads.

Most leads are ghosts.

Every client that has responded, which is two, has said I'm too expensive, even with transparent pricing on my profile, and even offering a steep discount - still too expensive.

Bark refuses to add or require a lead to provide their "budget"/"price range" so businesses can determine ahead of time if a lead is even a good fit.

Bark also dodges you on their Get Hired Guarantee credit refill. I eventually got it after asking multiple times. Still, I'd rather have my money back.

If you're running a business, you know paying $20/lead for Craigslist quality is a losing situation.

I was looking for someone to do a spring yard clean-up. The only people you have were landscapers and they were charging in excess of 3 times what I've ever been charged before or that a landscaper, who I found in my own, was charging. This is the first time I've ever been unable to find fair prices.

An update to my previous review

So Bark have replied to my review about them deleting my credits which I spent a lot of money on, but in such a way that does not portray the situation fairly. They have said they would review my situation, making it seem like something has happened which maybe shouldn't have and that they might be able to fix the problem. But they have already been clear to state to me that the situation is final and nothing can be done.
Even worse, they have stated that credits are now only valid for 3 months! So you spend hard earned money on credits but then delete them and just take your money, in just 12 weeks! I do hope they are making this very clear at the point of purchase to those buying credits. I will not be buying any more credits. They have revealed that a bad situation has gotten worse. I'm out.
