Toys a little smaller than selected

I have selected large super chewer toys for my box and in this last box I recieved size M/L toys. That is too small as the M/L fits completely in the mouth of my dog and could be choking hazard.

Great Customer Service

Customer Service for BarkBox is fantastic. They pay attention to reviews and in my experience, if there's an issue, I am contacted and someone works with me to try and find a better toy that suits my dogs needs.

I’ve been disappointed with Bark Box as…

I’ve been disappointed with Bark Box as a result of my order just prior to this one. I made a $50 order in order to get the free bonus items offered only to be told by an un customer service rep who had me on chat for more than a half an hour that I had to add additional items to my box that comes monthly rather than buying and getting them right away. It was escalated and eventually I got the free items. There were three tiny 2 inch bags of treats for my dog. It was incredibly disappointing compared to other previous things we’ve gotten like Harry the hydrant for previous promotions when larger purchases were made. I was going to cancel my Bark Box subscription but decided to keep it however I’m not gonna be purchasing any additional items from your folks for the time being. I’m very disappointed how that entire thing was handled. I don’t want things for free I want you guys to do better.

Since moving to a bag and not a box

Since moving to a bag and not a box, I have received a couple bags that are missing one of my two toys. The bag also arrives in worse shape than the box ever did.

Bark box is the best to work with!

I like being able to give feed back on every box and that they do there best to work with you making things better for my dogs next box. My four labs love getting their monthly box and the different variety of toys and treats. They run a lot of specials and sales each month and have great communication. Not all toys and treats are a 100% hit but when they’re not and you give honest feedback Bark Box works well to make things right. If any toy is destroyed they get replaced if you let them know. Bark Box is the best value for what you get.

Happy puppy

We have been with bark for over 2 years and my Lily absolutely loves them still she will dig three piles of boxes to pick her box out and carries it threw the house to the livingroom where she shreds it. Anytime we have had a question and reached out to costumer services they have been amazing to work with and answers questions quickly.

My dog loves it!!

My dog loves it!!! He quickly noticed you changed to shipping bags from a box. He is back to recognizing when it is delivered. Treats always good and toys he does not destroy in 5 minutes. Really likes the treats that seem to be maybe sweeter and fruitier
