Benjamin is a lovely guy

Benjamin is a lovely guy and knowledgeable at that. Positive, encouraging and all round pleasure to speak to. I can only thank him for his time and look forward to speaking to him again in future.

Property investment questions.

I spoke with Benjamin regarding investing into property, as this is something I am looking into myself and he was offering 30 minute chat. I have been thinking about investing for a while and had so many questions about where to start, how to start etc. It was very useful to speak to Benjamin who is actively investing themselves. He provided me with very useful and current information. Thanks Benjamin!

Thanks for your time

Great 30 minute chat with Benjamin.
He was very open, honest and happy to share his thoughts on how I’m approaching property at the minute.

Very worthwhile and a very nice guy

Honest advice from a Liverpool expert!

Benjamin has been really helpful since I reached out for some advice about investing in Liverpool. He offered great guidance on which routes and strategies to take my investing forward and importantly matched this with his fantastic local knowledge of how the various nuances affect the market in Liverpool. Benjamin is always generous with his time and I have found his advice to be hugely valuable and honest!

Brilliant talk with Ben

I had the opportunity to speak to Ben earlier in August. He was welcoming, informative and spoke freely about his experience in property investment.

For a new starter like me, he is gold dust. His knowledge of the Liverpool market is outstanding.
One of the things I appreciate the most about him is he listens patiently to your questions, and understands the rationale of you asking them, as perhaps he was in the some boat until a year or two ago.
There's a lot of people out there claiming to be experts but Ben keeps it realistic and makes one understand what is possible in X budget and X timescale.

I am glad to have had the conversation and hope to keep in touch with him.
