Quality products at a reasonable price

Excellent service , product arrived on time.Ordering process is simple.

You need to ensure your chosen courier/delivery service collect and deliver door to door.

I ordered a pair of shoes in the Barkers sale (heavily advertised on my social media). The system was very quick to advise me that the order had been received and was being prepared, even to the point of telling me that a courier label had been prepared. Then nothing.
I engaged the live chat bot to ask where the shoes were and was given a support call reference. Then nothing.
I commented on a social media post where at least there was some engagement and I was asked for order number and contact details. I was subsequently assured that the shoes would be with me by the end of the week and they hoped I would enjoy them. Then nothing.
Just before midday on the "end of the week" (14 days after the order) I emailed Barkers to ask what was going on. It transpires that the size I had ordered were not in stock, but no-one in the warehouse had bothered to let sales know this *minor* detail. I quickly indicated that a smaller size was acceptable and they were delivered 24hrs later.
Shoes are fantastic, service not so much

I originally ordered a different pair of shoes and Barker were good about letting me return them as I found the buckles almost impossible to use. After some wrangling with the Paypal system and them tracking down the right pair of shoes for my needs, I now have a pair of shoes I expect to enjoy for years. Of course they will take a while to break in but that's all part of having a set of leather shoes. Overall I would say good shoes and good service and the cedar shoe trees are very much worth investing in, I smell cedar whenever I go near my shoes now and it's great.

I bought my shoes in the sale so got them at an excellent price. They are fantastic quality (as you would expect). I have no doubt they will certainly outlast me. They were also delivered quickly. Thank you

The shoes I purchased from Barkers were not the correct colour, I was informed by the company that they no longer made the colour I wanted anymore, although they continued to advertise them on line as available.

A used shoe was sent to me. It has been returned and waiting for my what I paid for.

Looked good, but didn't fit and weird shape. Look fine in photos, but the toe shape is just wrong.
Now getting inundated by emails asking me to review and trying to sell me more.
Overall a negative experience.

I found the whole experience very professional, the on-line shopping, the delivery service, and most of all the shoes I received, and I love the shoe horns that came with the package, the manufacturing is exquisite and will last for years providing I look after them.

Shoes are great. Unfortunately one of the packages was lost during spedition but, after some time, they sent me another pair of shoes.
