Ordered on the 21st November. Still not despatched. I've e-mailed with no response and can't find any other details for how to contact them. Very poor service

Ordered a pair of Barbour ladies boots, easy online transaction and delivered within three days. Would definitely recommend, thanks.

I ordered a pair of boots online. There was only one boot in the box. Managed to speak to someone who promised to send out the other boot, but two weeks later I am still waiting and can’t get to speak to anyone. My emails are also unanswered. It means I have paid £80.50 for one boot. I have now got the hassle and stress of trying to get my money back. I am really not happy with the after service. Please be careful when ordering on line from this shop.

I placed an order September 2nd on barnets shoes. Which may I add payment immediately taken and conformation received instantly. Great I thought. How wrong was I over two weeks later I have heard nothing from them at all. I have sent over 20 messages to shop@barnetsshoes and have had no reply. I rang the shop in Edinburgh who are absolutely lovely (especially Linda) they could not help enough. The people there send a number of emails including the manager. After ringing the shop again to see if they had a reply the answer was still nothing. I understand times are hard with covid as I work in a hospital but there is no excuse for this treatment. You were quick enough to take my money Goldbros! I found this is the company that owns the website. I feel in times we should help each other. Not take people's money and not send out the product you should be ashamed!! I would like to update my experience. I have given an extra two stars as per the customer service given by Laura in the accounts department. I cannot tell you how helpful she was. Laura went the extra mile to make sure ecommerce@gobros were contacted and finally shipped my order. I contacted the e-commerce department on every platform may I add and had no response in over two weeks. Thank you so much Linda in the store and especially Laura from accounts! You are a star!

Faultless service quick delivery and fantastic end of season bargains have ordered twice

advertised items they dont have in stock,took 3 days to get a refund and thats only as i emailed them, 2 days later,still showing the same items in stock,thats still not in stock, really need to update there website
