A Reliable & Valued Partner In Our Ranch Activities

We live on a working ranch in a very remote & rural area, their cameras have worked consistently and been very effective in helping us to monitor livestock, various areas of the ranch, and much more! Coupon codes were not sent to me .I…

Coupon codes were not sent to me .I purchased three unlimited plans that required coupon codes to aquire the whole year limited plan services.Upon activating the Range Cam live Cameras.As of today I don't know if I received what I paid for in advance. I paid over $800 for three unlimited plans that should be good for a years service.
Purchased on 6/26/2026 I still need to activate two more cameras.Live streaming is not functioning on the camera that I have activated as of today.And I had hard time getting ahold of customer service.The sales department advised me that he could help later and never called back as he said he would.I kind of regret purchasing the unlimited plans even though i got three free cameras.Is the BarnOwl company really trustworthy and dependable as they claim to be? Why didn't I receive the coupon codes that I needed to aquire the unlimited plans that I paid for.Being over $800 . And had a bad experience in customer support. I had to call over 12 times.I.have been.a customer of BarnOwl for more than a year with no problems till now.I had one camera. Now I have four.Hope that I have no more bad expectations and problems with the cameras.Activating the cameras are easy and I'm okay with that.

I lead the customer experience team at Barn Owl. Thank you for being with us over a year, and for trusting us with three more cameras. I'm sorry the upgrade got stressful, and I'd like to clear a couple of things up.

On the coupon codes: we did send them - they were emailed right after your purchase and most likely landed in your spam or junk folder (a frustrating place for them to hide). There's also a step that trips a lot of folks up: when you enter the code, you have to select the correct plan for it to attach to your camera. Between the spam folder and that extra step, I completely understand the confusion.

The good news - you don't need to touch any of it now. My team went ahead and manually applied all three Unlimited annual plans to your account.

Where we genuinely could have done better was the phone. Our line was slammed the days you were calling, and you shouldn't have had to try as many times as you did to reach a person. That part's on us and it's exactly why we're growing the team right now.

And I can see from your interactions with our support agents Christina and Neal, that you're livestreaming issue is being reviewed.

We're a small team, but we don't quit on a case till it's done - we usually resolve them sameday, depending on the issue. Glad to have had you with us this past year, and thanks for the shot to set it right.

I was having troubles with a camera

I was having troubles with a camera, they sent me a new sim card and memory card, which took forever to get (very slow).Upon receipt, I tested camera and couldn't connect. After multiple calls pleading for customer support, Brad, their AI receptionist, promised support first thing Monday morning, a call that never happened. Calling again during normal business hours, leaving over 5 messages, still no help. Now I have deleted my account and will never do business with this company again. Buyer beware, this company doesn't support their products.

Monthly billing scam

I have been trying to cancel service for a year! They will keep charging you and apologize for it, but then charge you again. They never refund you.

I have had numerous issues with my…

I have had numerous issues with my camera. They sent a SIM card. Didn't fix the issue. Now they said to wait for update. I pay too much money for a NON working camera. About to go somewhere else!
