We felt very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the pools marvellous and sitting together in the living room and kitchen very pleasant.

Whenever there was a technical issue, the staff were very quick to help. Everything else was good.

Perfect for families with children.

The house in itself was nice and tidy.
Location is remote but easy to find.
It has all the basics for a rented home holidays and special mention for the good internet connection everywhere.

On the downside : there was an awful lot of mozzies, flies and ants everywhere.
There were works close to the home everyday starting at 7:00 pm.
Pool was cold (but that was expected, it is not heated).
And there was nothing of the usual "leftovers" like Salt, pepper,... we had to buy everything and leave a lot when we left.
Sun exposure is limited to the morning on the pool side and roof was not accessible leaving no other choice than leave the house on the afternoon to get some sun and get away from flies and mozzies.
Good : BBQ, internet, pool, room size, comfort, pods for washing machine and dishwasher
To improve : towels we can take to the beach, condiments when we arrive even if it is leftover, mosquito net for windows and/or doors so we can leave doors opened at night. Pool heater with solar panels.

Villa was amazing, have everything what we needed for our stay. It was family of 8 including grandparents and children. Swimming pool was deep enough to swim and have a fun.
Villa it self was są comfortable and everyone had own space.
Gozo it is beautiful quite place to stay and relax.
Communication with Frances was so easy and quick response.
I would recommend to everyone!

Very nice house, very well furnished, perfect for my family.
We've been coming around walking and using buses - it was not ideal but fine.
The pool is not big, but it was just what our kids needed to play and refresh themselves.
The only "bad" surprise was the strong goat smell during evenings.

Once again, our extended family and friends have really enjoyed staying with Baron Homes in The Dream. The property is well appointed and the staff are superb. I would strongly recommend booking a Baron Homes property if you intend to stay on Gozo.

Baron Holiday presented themselfs as a caring, extremly professionell, helpful and present company. Their way is comfortable and not anoying and always in time. As a little problem in the house appeared, immidiate help was organized. I liked that someone called first, because i could fix it on my own, getting leaded by telephone. Good, wenn the first contact knows the details of the accommodation, and its not necessary to make a date, be there and all just for 3 minutes, getting things to work! Absolutly perfect. I enjoyed very much feeling like a customer and with well caretaking people who always have been available. After a long period in this modern world of service, where mostly callcenter-agents administer things from left to right, it was refreshing different.

Their automatic info-system as well as their personal mail-contacts worked in a way i would programm it for myself. This is how propert-rental should be done all over the world. Tje financal things left a very good, trustful and secure feeling. Nothing was missing and everything was announced. So here it was my best experience so far in renting (vacation) houses (what i do al lot for the last 25y)

The Villa "La Rustica" in Xaghra on Gozo was amazing spacious and large. The poolarea has warm lightes and cozy. Lovely atmosphere at day and most of all at night-time. The Beds are O.K., quite soft but not too much. Pillows are numerous in different degrees of softness. Only people over 6.2 (190cm) can not sleep straight. Every sleepingrooms is different and got an own, different bathroom. The one with double bed o.t. 1st floor has a very tiny bathroom without place to put something on (bring hangables).
Also bring adapters for the power-points!
Also have moskito repels (spray, for powerplugs get them on site), as there are some very small but painfull ones. For some a net might work best over the bed in the master-bedroom. On warm nights fans on the ceiling do a good job, aircon (working with coins, central) are also available.

We took down the fire-alarm, as it , the one time we cooked, went on coz it's placed in the kitchen over the stove ;)

Be aware, that in the mornings around 6h some cars will pass and its pretty loud (without earplugs), after 6:30/45 it's quiet again. Some may also find airplane crossing not perfect. We haven't been disturbt or anoid in total, as it were very few and it was definitely no noiz...mostly we didn't even recognized it. But they are there ;)

When you love to cook a lot, be aware, that the kitchen has no exhaust and the smell will fill the house. But the huge Roowimdow in tje stairways has windows an with open terracedoor there is a lot airmovement.

Over all we would come back for sure, felt like home and vacation started from the first minute.

We received so many emails about our booking so that we got lost in them. There was a need to make an online check in which was complicated and require us to provide privacy information, that was not justified. It was said that there was free wifi, but it did not cover the bedrooms and could only be used in the kitchen and living room. The flat was actually OK, besides that.

Amazing experience, as always.
The apartment was perfectly clean and organized. All amenities working properly.
The communication was clear and very fast.
Great location as well.

The house was lovely and clean, spacious and was equipped with everything we needed.

Hello, the apartment was very nice, clean and modern, however the bed was rock hard. There was a problem with rubbish on the streets outside, and the dive centre below was very loud. Also we have no Internet for 2 days as the co-ordinator did not know how to fix the apartment G6 connection or didn't give the right password for opposite rooms network. The rest was nice.

nice place, great accomodation. Kids loved the pool area, sufficient space for all 6 of us (4 adults, two kids, 13 years old)

Right from the start we felt welcome and have been supported in all matters very well. The house is beautiful and nicely furnished. The spacious outdoor area with a pool and a barbeque area invited us to lovely evening chats enjoying local food and wine surrounded by a stunning sunset. Although the umbrella, which we did not use, needs replacing. The list ingredients area and the kitchen are nicely set and one finds every equipment for the preparation of delicious food. The A/C is working very well and the ventilators are doing a good job in order to create a pleasant atmosphere.
The only issue are the building works going on in many areas of the neighbourhood, but honestly they did not disturb to a great deal.
We realy enjoyed our stay!

Great location, house is spacious, outside patio and garden are fabulous. Spacious rooms + bathrooms. Rooms are clean, nice beds. Amazing views, also sea views. Great location to explore Gozo (Inland Sea, Salt Banks, Xlendi and Dwerja bay + city of Victoria). You do need a car, parking space near the house.
WiFi works great.

Communication with Baron Holidays was excellent.

We were disappointed by the kitchen facilities. Kitchen is not really clean and lacks a lot of necessary items, such as salt and pepper, dish towels, utensils and decent cutlery, a sharp knife to cut some fruit... We had to go out and buy those things, which is crazy for a four day stay.

Airco works, with an additional cost, which we knew, however... airco only works if you put in coins (1 or 2€) In this day and age, where everything is cashless... seems also a bit outdated.

Be sure to bring adaptors for chargers and other electronic devices. There weren't any available in the house. We had to go out and buy these too. Some of us had been to Malta before and we never needed adaptors because the outlets could be used both ways.

Overall, we had a great time, we recommend the house!

Good communication with the staff before we arrived which meant we didn't have to contact them at all while there.

Everything was worked and was nice and clean including the pool area, had a great size pool.

It was a lovely apartment, if any problems they were sorted out quite quickly , pool is lovely also

Great apartment with access to amenities close by and a shared pool.
Apartment well equipped but we would suggest doing a little maintenance to make it perfect ie some things broken or a bit wobbly like wardrobe door and kitchen sink tap. Overall a great apartment and we would definitely come back
