Customer service is very bad

Customer service is very bad. Currently have a item returned and waiting for a exchange. According to the delivery service it has been returned to Barons a week ago. Trying to get in touch with the customer support but zero to little response. No clear information about either my return or the exchange item.

Customer service horrible. Do not buy here

I am very disappointed regarding the refund of my returns. According to DHL they have arrived already two weeks ago but the customer service did not even respond to my claim. Under these circunstances not recommended at all.

Good people with good products

I wasn't quite happy with the quality of a shirt I ordered a year ago so I sent a note to Barons. I wasn't expecting anything but a grateful "thank you" in return, but they promptly sent me a new shirt and apologize for the inconvenience. Top notch customer service and the new shirt doesn't have the quality issues as the first one. I will certainly buy more Barons shirts in the future.

Love the shirts, but color keep faint

Love the shirts, got around 10 of them, however the consultant in navy and black are loosing color by the hand sleeves. Noticed it after 2nd wash, and it continues to be bad after each wash. Not very cool for 2 not cheap shirts.

It's worth noting that darker colors such as navy and black can be more susceptible to fading than lighter colors, especially if they're not washed according to the care instructions in our care guide. We recommend to follow these instructions to ensure that the shirts are cared for properly and to help prevent any fading or color loss.
