As if Coeliacs have a hard time being able to eat out anyway, Baron Pubs see fit to get you to sign a disclaimer so that you can't sue them !! Great Customer relations there then!! You should be ashamed of your actions!!
Lovely visit for a family meal at The star. Nice environment and decor. Staff- Lewis and his colleagues so helpful, friendly and attentive. We stopped at the pub/restaurantwithout booking a table. Despite the bar/restaurant being full staff managed to secure us a table.
Food hot, fresh and tasty. Refreshing to experiwnce such good service nowadays.
Cricketers pub in Horsell, Surrey must have some of the most disinterested staff. Ignored at the bar, as usual, over priced drinks and food. Staff need to do some customer service training. Could be so much better.
We stopped at The Star in Leatherhead (after 7 years of driving past). Sue served us and was absolutely brilliant. Nicely attentive but not intrusive. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly. Will recommend and return.

Lovely meal at the Cricketers in Horsell. Great food served by friendly hard working staff.
The Jovial Sailor at Ripley is a great place to eat .Menu is varied and they also have a good choice if you are Vegan .
I’m not ,so had fish & chips with peas.
It was so nice and the fish ( haddock)was huge , I also had home-made tartare sauce which was lovely .Dessert menu is to die for!!!
Staff are really friendly and service was great
However.
The best bit is it’s dog friendly!!!
We sat in a lovely little bright
hut with room for our 2 dogs and it’s so private you don’t have to worry about them .
There is a wall heater if it gets chilly which would be handy in the colder months .
Will certainly be going back again
Bit of advice. There is plenty of space outside
for dogs but if you want one of the huts might be an idea to book and reserve as they only have 3 and are very popular.
Plenty of parking as well
