Always attentive and very good at communicating all aspects of the flat management to owners and tenants. Personal touch from Sandeep and his team was a great comfort and I always felt like they went the extra mile to help with any queries.

Our flats RTM chose Barosa for their great value with service. They have delivered very well, I have NO
issues contacting Barosa ANYTIME, Sandeep is fantastic and helpful. For the last 2 years they have been approachable, proactive, informative, friendly, knowledgeable and clear about information they share with the many flats.
During the lockdowns and since they have also held virtual meetings for each block of flats to share and discuss relevant issues. They keep in touch speedily through email and send out important information via email and post (latter e.g. for tenants). They are very easy to contact via phone or email and they're v.quick at responding too.

ps. Just as a note we used to have firstport previously. Barosa have been nothing but fresh air anyway and, in comparison to the previous management company, we should have moved to Barosa years ago! Would have got real day to day and long term issues discussed and resolved infinitely quicker.

Very good value for the excellent service they provide at Geneva Court property. Always on top of all the issues and communicated very well to all owners. Cost of service charges have been kept very reasonable. They are excellent in managing all aspects of the property.
