I found Barrier Components on the internet as I was trying to source a specific product. I spoke to a chap called Lee who was beyond helpful. He identified the product from an old photo and advised very clearly and succinctly which component I would need along with some helpful, cost saving advice. Product ordered and shipped immediately. Cant recommend Barrier Components highly enough. Great customer service backed up by sound technical knowledge.

Barrier components checked with me that I had not ordered mis- matched components by mistake. They then tried to create a matching component for me. Great, caring service by people who understand the products they sell.

I made contact with barrier after finding them online where I spoke to a man called James. I explained that I had taken over a project and there was a system on site that had parts missing. His knowledge was excellent and his service was fantastic and I completed the order (albeit small) with him. My order arrived as expected and all seemed good until I went to put the parts in place and realised that my system was a different brand. I messaged James to gain a bit more advice as I thought I had managed to come up with a work around. He asked for some pictures to evaluate and came back to me very quickly stating that it was a system that they used to stock but no longer but it was possible that they may still have why I needed. A message arrived slightly later saying all good , parts in the post and instructions emailed over. What outstanding service for such a small order form someone he had never dealt with before. I am a general builder and can categorically assure them that I will be using them again as it is so refreshing to deal with people like this. Great service and products. Well done James. 👏👏👏
