Purchase not yet received so how can I give useful feedback?

Ordered a sign for my Dad for Christmas a couple weeks in advance. Only after buying it did I get notified that the shop was actually closed until January 12th!

I ordered a sign for my Dad as a Christmas present. The quality was brilliant, the image clear and exactly the same as I sent. Above all, my Dad loved it and can’t wait to put it up for his outside bar / shed. Thank you.

Really loved the sign! Well made and even comes with the bracket to hang it on the wall.

Part of my order is lovely. The other parts is not what I ordered. I have emailed a few times and I have had nothing back. This is a Christmas present and wanted to get it sorted hopefully before Christmas. Now I have to give a partial present.

The product is amazing. It was even better than I expected. It arrived super quickly, especially given the time of year and was packaged really really well.

The fox sign looks great… and it arrived promptly.
It was fun to be able to alter the date and name of the “pub”
I did try and change the name of the drink to Ruff Rum instead of Ruff Whisky but I don’t think they can alter the picture itself.
It was nicely attached to a bracket… but no screws supplied ( not really an issue, but just for information)

Easy to order and looks great. Bought as Christmas gift so hoping the recipients love it.

The communication was great from start to finish as I did ask quite a few questions prior to ordering.

Although You can Upload Your own Image, you do not receive any Reply on exactly hoe the Bar Pump Sign will Look after the Text you wish to add is indeed added. The Image itself was very Small and not what I would have wanted. Shame I could not see the item before Checkout or Delivery.

Barsigns produced a bespoke hanging sign based on my own design, and I’m very pleased with the quality — both the craftsmanship and the print are excellent. Delivery was also quick. I would happily have given 5 stars if their communication by email had been better and if they had used a more reliable courier.

An excellent Web Site to explore all types of Bar Signs which are well made and of top quality. I ordered 2 hanging bar signs for my Outdoor Gin Palace with my own picture included and they arrived in no time and are absolutely fabulous and are now hanging outside my Palace / Log Cabin with pride.

If you want a product that is well made you won't have a complaint. If you want a product delivered in a timely manner with good customer service you will have a problem. No replies from seller customer service. They dont answer the phone no matter how many times you try,they dont reply to emails,they dont reply to messenger.. So dont expect any answers to questions you may have. Just expect you order whenever it arrives.

The communication from this company is abysmal. Orders £100 worth of stuff as a gift for my parents which included picture of my late brother. Waited 12 days for it to arrive for them to send me a random bar sign. Tried calling, messaging, email nothing back. Several days later got a message asking “what did you receive?” No sorry or anything. Then when the order arrives there are lines on the sign, the drinks tray looks like a scratched up 99p cake tin, and theres a big scratch down the mirror. AVOID!
