Very very poor customer service
Very very poor customer service. Bordering on theft. I ordered a subwoofer from this business in DEC 2024 yes almost a year ago. Despite many emails and phone calls. The unit still has not arrived. I paid close to €1500.00 for this unit. When I do get a reply from this shoddy company I'm told. It's coming! Never in all my years dealing with audio equipment companies, and there have been many, have I ever experienced anything like this. Bartels HIFI be advised this matter will be taken further. I emplor others not to use this company or do business with them. They simply do not care about the customer experience. If I could give them zero stars I would.
