They keep charging your credit card without consent after cancelling . No live person for customer service to talk to – they refer you to convoluted on-line communications that they pretend that they haven’t received it or that you didn’t fill out forms correctly.. My request for a refund ignored. Horrific amount of aggravation and waste of money.
