SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE -READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING

I would like to give this company a negative number, well below 1. I am angry both with myself for falling for this scam and with them for their unethical practices. Yes, I did order the diabetic $27 kit on May 28, 2026, after watching the long ad, thinking I could learn something new about helping to lower one's A1C level without other medicines, but I answered NO to every other offer they tried to get me to purchase after I had purchased the kit. Yes, my first mistake was trusting Barton Publishing to honor my request and add nothing more. My second was not checking the email that followed, and I don't recall why I didn't (my biggest mistake). However, I was called on May 30 by a male who I felt was trying to get me to purchase other items, and I specifically told him I wanted to pay for nothing more than the $27 kit I ordered. Now I know why he quickly hung up. Imagine my surprise today (May 1) in reading an email stating that my order has been shipped, and it provides an invoice of more than $300 that was billed to my credit card!!! I called Barton Publishing customer service immediately to cancel the order. Too late. I spoke with a very patient and polite female who said nothing could be done until I received the order. Then I could return it, but I would have to pay to return it myself. She provided me with the information required to return the package. Why I did not go online to check the negative reviews on Barton Publishing (at BBB and TrustPilot) BEFORE PURCHASING (as I usually do), I don't know. I certainly would have changed my mind about ordering anything from them, saving me this headache and money, for it appears I am now in line with others who are endeavoring to get their refunds --a timely and costly effort I could have avoided. This is no doubt a SCAM, and I (an 80-year old) really trusted these people. Now, I don't want anything--not the kit nor anything else that is being promoted by Barton Publishing nor anyone else. Buyers beware. Before ordering, check the reviews.

We hear you, and we want to address every point you've raised — because the details matter here.

After purchasing the Diabetes Solution Kit on April 26, you were presented with an optional upsell offer for 6 bottles of CinnaChroma with a printed workbook. Our ordering system requires the customer to actively select and confirm any additional purchase — we are unable to add items to anyone's cart. A receipt reflecting the full order was emailed to you the same day, and our records show it was opened on April 28, two days before the shipping notification that prompted your call.

Regarding the phone call on May 1 — that was your assigned health coach, Jered, who is part of our customer support team. We reviewed the full call recording and transcript, and can confirm he did not hang up on you. The call ended politely and naturally, and at no point were you pressured to purchase anything additional. During that call, you shared that you've been managing diabetes on your own but haven't been getting the results you're hoping for — and that's exactly why you purchased this program.

We don't want this experience to get in the way of the steps you were ready to take for your health. The Diabetes Solution Kit, if followed, can help support your body's ability to heal. We'd encourage you to follow the 3 phases outlined in the kit to start working toward better blood sugar control. You already have the resources — don't let this frustration stop you from using them.

We also want to address the concern that Barton Publishing is a scam. We've been in business since 2004 — over 22 years — and have sold more than one million books. We were recognized as an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company in both 2023 and 2024. Our products are developed in partnership with Dr. Scott Saunders, MD, a board-certified family physician and medical director of The Integrative Medicine Center of Santa Barbara. We are a real company with real employees, based in Brandon, South Dakota, serving hundreds of thousands of customers.

We understand you'd like a refund, and we're happy to help. We offer a 365-day, 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products. Our refund policy is available on every order page and is linked in your email receipt at bartonpublishing.com/refund. Once you receive the package, simply contact us at 888-356-1146 or support@bartonpublishing.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and send the items back. Once we receive them, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

We take every customer's experience seriously. Please don't hesitate to reach out — we're here to help make this right.

I did not complete the order.
I just want the company to send a call tag. They refused.

Hello Bruce,

Thank you for your review and for giving us the opportunity to clarify what occurred.

Based on our records, on January 4th you clicked on a YouTube advertisement and completed a purchase on
fixbloodsugar.com/ptn/119/vd.

While the offer initially begins with the $27 digital Diabetes Solution kit, during the checkout process you selected an upgrade package, which included 9 bottles of CinnaChroma along with the printed book. To access the digital kit, a credit card is required at checkout, and any upgrades selected before final confirmation are added to the same order total.

The order was successfully completed, processed, and shipped on January 6th. You received both an order receipt email and a shipping confirmation email, which our system shows were opened on January 12th. The package itself was delivered on January 10th, according to the carrier’s tracking information. Unfortunately, your request to stop shipment came after delivery had already occurred.

Regarding the return request:

Per our stated policy, we do not provide prepaid return labels. If you choose to return the products at your expense, we will gladly issue a refund once they are received back at our facility and inspected.

That said, since you already have the products, we genuinely encourage you to consider keeping them and giving them a fair try. Many customers use CinnaChroma as part of their daily routine to help support healthy blood sugar levels, and the printed guide walks you through how to use the program effectively.

We are always here to help, and we’re happy to answer questions about how to use the products or how the program works. We do ask that communication remain respectful so we can best assist you.

If you’d like help with next steps or return instructions, please contact us at support@bartonpublishing.com or by phone, and one of our representatives will assist you.

Hello Bob,

Thank you for reaching out, and we are really sorry for the frustration this has caused.

Based on your order, it’s very likely that the Diabetes book you purchased was the digital version, which is delivered by email rather than by mail. Please check your spam or junk folder for your order confirmation and login details, as these emails sometimes get filtered there.

If you’re unable to locate the email or prefer a physical book instead, we do have a printed copy available and can help you exchange your digital version for the printed edition.

For further assistance, please email us at support@bartonpublishing.com or give us a call, and one of our representatives will be happy to help you access or exchange your order.

We appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.

Barton Publishing lied to us!

Be very careful when ordering vitamins from Barton Publishing. My wife and I made the mistake of entrusting them with our health when we spent over $2,000 buying vitamins from them.

None of the vitamins they sent us had any positive effect on our health. In fact, for all we know, it might have negative effects on our health. We just don’t know, yet.

The order was placed in my name. But, it was “our”money, hers and mine, that paid for the two orders that, together, comprised the over $2,000 we spent.

When we placed said order on October 5, 2023, we were told that we had until the same date a year from now to return the vitamins, if they didn’t work for us.

But, when we called up, today, October 3, 2024, to authorize a return, we were then told that we had until October 4, 2024, which is not what we were told when we originally placed the order.

And, for the record, we keep very good notes on all calls we place where we order stuff. If we're spending money, we're taking written notes.

The agent we spoke to today called us a liar. So, that's defamation and it's uncalled for.

He just insisted that we were wrong.

I was going to ask him if he can pull up a recording of the original phone call we made to them a year ago, so that he could listen to the call, himself.

But, he never provided me with the chance to ask for that.

He just hung up on us, probably because he realized that he broke civil law. Too bad for him, that won't negate his liability.

Nor will Barton Publishing's responsibility for telling us one thing before they took our money and then another thing when we tried to get our money back.

In our opinion, they sold us an empty promise of improved health.

Our only fault was in trusting them. Never again. Buyer beware!

Hello Sean,

Thank you for sharing your concerns.

We've carefully reviewed the details (both verbal and transcriptions) of your calls and the claims made. We can confidently confirm that at no point did anyone from our team call you or your wife a liar, nor did we hang up the phone. In fact, the conversation ended with a polite goodbye on your end.

Regarding your order, our 365-day money-back guarantee begins on the date of purchase, which was October 5th, 2023, and expired on October 4th, 2024 . We regret that the products did not meet your expectations, and we understand your disappointment. But the guarantee has expired. As stated in our policy online, the guarantee is for 365 days—not 366 days. Additionally, our health coach would never provide misinformation about the duration of the generous guarantee.

If there were issues with the supplements, our health coach was available during that time to provide guidance and support.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration and are happy to address any other concerns you may have.
