Very disappointing return policy
I bought a pair of mittens and a headband online. While I’m aware that I technically accepted the terms and conditions (like most “world-class consumers,” I didn’t read them in detail), I was very surprised by the return policy. When I wanted to return the headband because the fit was unflattering, I was asked to pay almost 50% of the product’s price for the return shipping label. This feels unreasonable, especially since I already paid for shipping when placing the order. I shop online frequently and have never encountered a situation where I had to pay both for delivery and such an expensive return. Paying €7 to return a €20 item is simply disproportionate and discouraging.
This was my first and only Barts purchase and I intend to not recommend the brand to anyone I speak to; such a disappointment.
