Very evasive and persistent
I also suspect alot of reviews on Trustpilot to be bogus. Kevin Brown from BAS told me to only pay attention to these good reviews. I wonder why! Especially when reviews on other sites are so overwhelmingly bad.
Beware - I smell a rat with Business Advisory Service.

Annoying waste of time
Constantly phone up, wont take no for an answer. Boarding on a scam company. Avoid this company like the plague. If you need energy advice, plenty of reputable companies out there. They refuse to remove our numbers from their system

It appears that the lady you were dealing with (who is no longer with the company) did not follow process when you submitted your 'no contact requests'.
