Just had Rhinoplasty done here at Basari on 9th April by Dr M.Sinan Dagdeviren. Fantastic Surgeon and lovely man. Me and my Husband attended. May I just add that from arriving early hours until leaving, the care was more than I could have imagined.
The package deal was arranged by a lovely lady called Victoria who is coordinator of international patients. She made everything run smoothly and made us feel at ease with all the timings and transfers. Just fantastic. She even came in to visit us every time we were at the hospital to check we were ok.
The staff at Basari hospital were absolutely more than caring. Akguzel SHANAZAROVA cared for me when I had to return to hospital (arranged by Victoria again) 2 days after surgery as I had low sugar levels and blood pressure. She got me food, drink and put me on drips of vitamins and pain killers and made sure I was better before leaving again.
Secondly through my care was AYSEL ELARSLAN, she was absolutely lovely and always went out of her way to do anything for us. Me and my Husband were so looked after by her throughout the whole hospital part. She was always checking into our room asking if there was anything we needed, food, drink, anything. Lovely lady. Everyone at the hospital really did go out of their way for us both. FANTASTIC HOSPITAL HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR SURGERY.

The experience was amazing. From start to finish. The staff was incredible, they were gently and patient with me specially because I don’t speak Turkish. There was one of the staff name Fatima, she was really kind, I wish I could remember everyone else’s name. Also Victoria who was really an angel to be with. Very cheerful person and amazing when helping you understand everything and she will make sure that you get everything you need and feel safe.

Just returned from my second visit to their plastic surgery department as an international paitient. I received amazing care and my surgery went super smoothly. The staff are so caring and have a lot of knowledge and experience. I honestly felt so happy to see so many familiar faces! Thank you Eser, Dr. Kaya, all the nursing staff, the driver, assistants and the translator. Thank you also to Victoria who joined quite recently who is super friendly and made me feel very welcome 😊

We come here for 3 different surgery, also with my baby ubder 2 yrs old i was so worried about how i will manage everything, but they help me alot, From the airport pickup to cleaning food service everything was perfect, all surgery was well done they are so kind and polite and entertaining my baby on our stay there, my husband have a really complicated rhynoplasty and was a success, they help him to recover quickly, also the hotel they provide is a proper 5 star really nice hotel and service, The best coordinator Victoria , so sweet lady , we will miss her, i will recomend basari hospital to everyone and i will go back in September for another surgery there! Absolutely faultless! I arrived on Sunday night, very nervous and still not sure I was going to go through it, as soon as I got there, the team were on with the pre-op checks. Monday morning before the operation, again, the checks, the level of care, the staff, were all outstanding, and completely put my mind at ease, I knew I'd gone to the right place.
Post-op, nothing changed, the staff couldn't do enough for you, I come home 13/2/25, and the weight is just falling off 😁. If you are looking to get gastric sleeve surgery, this 100% is the place to go, I'm so pleased to write a good review for Basari Hospital.

The staff were really kind and helpful. The nurses helped my recovery so much and with so much patience. They explained things to me and helped me where they could.
The procedure went well with good aftercare.

From the moment I contacted the hospital about my mommy makeover, they were so quick to respond to any queries I had. I flew out and they gave me very clear instructions on how what to do and where to find my transfer. When I got to the hospital, the nurses spoke English and explained everything to me. I went for surgery the next day. When I left surgery the nurses cared for me like I was a 5* patient!! They did over and above what they could for me. The surgeon came and checked on me daily! I could not thank them all enough for their care!! 9 weeks on and I'm absolutely overwhelmed with my results! Their surgeon Dr. Serkan Kaya and their nurses Akguzel, Zehra, yaren, Aysel, along with their team Roza, Yasemin, Fatih, Nessibe, have been nothing but incredible!! I've give 10 stars if i could!!!

I had revision rhinoplasty and the difference is unbelievable. I couldn’t breathe through my left nostril before, now my breathing is perfect and my nose looks so much better. I would highly recommend the Başarı Hospital to anyone. Mahmut Pektas organised everything for me and was fantastic and very helpful. My surgeon Doctor Sinan Dagdeviren was great as well, and so were all the other staff. Brilliant experience make sure you go with these guys as they are the best!

I had tummy tuck, 3-Area Liposuction surgery, at Basari hospital Istanbul. The whole operation went incredibly smoothly. I was scared at first because I never done surgeries before. But when the surgeon spoke to me, Explain everything clearly. He was professional, he knows exactly what he was doing because he was so calm. The staffs were very nice. I went with my husband and son everybody was so nice to us. Will definitely recommended if I should do any more surgeries in the future I will go back there.The drivers were so professional on time from the airport transfers to the hotel and hospital. Am going in to 6 weeks now seeing results already, I am very happy never have any complication. I am still communicate with the surgeon.

I recently went to Başarı Hospital for gastric sleeve surgery, a 4 night stay and had such a great experience. I was so nervous due to travelling alone and not having anyone to go with me whilst also facing major surgery I was considering not going at the last minute.

When I landed it was super easy to find the transport to the hospital and when we were there I met Fatih who guided me to my room and made sure I was comfortable including connecting me to the WiFi. The nurses introduced themselves and went through some pre- op checks prior to the surgery. Most of the nurses were fluent in English or would quickly use a translator app to communicate but were on hand at any point should I need them. I was easily put at ease and was really grateful to meet the nursing team and surgeon as well as the hospital owner checking in to make sure everything was ok. Eser helped me book my treatment and it was so nice to meet him at the hospital as well to be able to put a face to the name and that really helped calm some nerves. The doctors ensured at every step I understood what was going on and wanted to make sure I was happy with the surgery.
The room was spacious and clean, the cleaners came around multiple times a day and if ever the sheets were dirty they would be changed immediately.
The nurses were fantastic and quickly responded to any calls on the alarm, often I was asking to be detached from the drip to use the bathroom but there were times where I was overcome with nausea and they would quickly give medication to help.
Since returning home recovery has been going well, I am still in contact with the dietician Ceren who has made a personal diet plan. And I know I can reach out should I have any questions or need anything further.
I cannot thank the team enough for the expert care I had whilst I stayed there!

The whole operation went incredibly smoothly from the airport transfers to the hospital to the finer details .The hospital was very clean.The surgeon dr Surkan Kaya was very professional and has done an amazing job.He made me feel very comfortable as I couldn't have been more nervous.I have been planning this trip for 5 years but was soo nervous I couldn't get myself to do it .Yasmin who organised it all was very patient and helpful and faith the onsite coordinator was amazing and very friendly .The food in the hospital was good and the 5 star hotel was amazing .I can't quite belief we got the service we did for the money we paid .unbelievable what would have cost 8000 plus in the UK cost 2300. I couldn't be happier with the results .would highly recommend .Thankyou

Had the gastric balloon fitted in march and removed in September. Lost 27kgs ie 4s 2 lbs in the six months I had it in. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was that there are not enough English speaking staff. I get that the hospital is in Turkey but they do advertise in England. It can be quite scary when you don’t know exactly what’s happening at all times.

Words are not enough for the experience I have had with the package received from the Basari hospital.
The team from the initial consultation have been excellent where there has been clear understanding of what will be received within the overall fee.
However the service and care what what was supplied far out exceeded expectations, so I can only try to break it down and critique each part of the service.
The arrival into Istanbul where the pick up point is located was as expected.
The hotel supplied(The Lionel) within the package was amazing, wonderful, clean, very modern, helpful and very polite staff, amazing gym and spa good food and location was ok.
The driver what an amazing person so polite helpful caring considerate and professional, when I come back please we would like the same guy 🙏🏻.
Faith our point of contact, I can not describe this gentleman, he has to be the most amazingly calm person I have ever met, he has kept me so at ease my entire journey from preflight to post flight, making sure that everything was satisfactory keeping consistent contact throughout the journey, this gentleman deserves some kind of recognition for the work he does for Başarı because I feel his professionalism is what makes this journey so amazing and successful.
The hospital itself was clean and as to be expected, the room was spacious and relaxing.
I was located on the fourth floor, the staff words can not express my gratitude to these people, all of them, were just so professional, caring and loving, I feel as if when leaving i left some friends behind.
I can not wait to come back for my next journey with the Başarı team.

Went for septorhinoplasty, Esar who assisted with all the booking throughout was brilliant help, the surgeon Dr Elshan Mammadov was highly skilled and professional. A brilliant surgeon. All very smooth and hospital staff were so helpful. I would highly recommend, even if you’re overseas, they organise everything for you including a 5star hotel for you and another person.

I initially contacted Yasmin to enquire about the rhinoplasty procedure and was amazed at the price, which made me enquire about a facelift. Yasmin is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and worked out a package for me after consulting with the Dr.
I arrived at the Basari hospital on the Sunday 8th September and had health check, bloodwork etc. I met my Surgeon Dr. Serkan on the Monday morning 9th September. I was totally amazed how friendly, cool, humble and professional Dr. Serkan is. After the consultation with Dr. Serkan I was made ready and taken to the operating theatre. Dr. Serkan had told me that there would be no pain following my surgery, I was to have a neck lift, a facelift, a rhinoplasty and fat injections. I honestly thought that surely I would feel some pain - after all - It was a 7-9 hr surgical procedure. But When I awoke after all the procedures were carried out by Dr. Serkan - yes you guessed it - No Pain! I was not just amazed but in awe of this incredible Dr.
From the get go I was totally looked after, informed, and treated with kindness and respect. All of my needs were catered for. Saying I'm happy with my new nose and other procedures is an understatement. I never thought in a million years it would look as good as it does! I really can't thank the highly qualified Dr. Serkan and team enough for how they have not only created a new 'me' but have changed my life forever for the better. Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart. If you are considering changing your life these are the professionals you can trust to do the work above and beyond what you require. Everyone I met was helpful professional and knowledgeable. Best experience I have ever had and cannot recommend them highly enough! Absolutely amazing!!!!

I recently had 3 surgeries at this hospital and travelled from London to get it. I got an upper blepharoplasty and hairline lowering by Dr Serkan Kaya and a rhinoplasty by Dr Elshan Mammadov. Coming in I was extremely nervous as I’ve never been in surgery before and was getting a lot in one day. But I have to say it was an amazing experience when it comes to the hospital staff, both the surgeons and the medical assistant who planned it all, Fatih. Everyone was extremely kind to me and took care of me very well. The nurses were amazing and so sweet!

All 3 of the surgeries went great and I am healing amazing. I couldn’t complain about anything. My nose looks amazing, the hairline lowering looks great and the blepharoplasty also! 100% recommend this hospital if you’re planning or looking for any cosmetic surgeries :)

The worst nightmare I have ever had in my life was with that clinic, the doctor and all the staff. At first when I finally returned to my country Holland ... I thought about leaving everything in the hands of God because of the abuse they committed against my son. But a month has passed and my son has entered a very strong depression .. Let me explain ... My son suffers from obesity, I contacted Eser Yavuz through Google. via email eser. Yavuz. On June 13, 2024. We kept in touch for my son's gastric balloon procedure. We sent his age, which is 15 years old, weight 145 kilos, all the details they asked for. They agreed and asked for 100 euros for a deposit so they could schedule the procedure. They charged me 2,500 euros. That included picking us up at the airport, two nights at the clinic and that's it. When we arrived there my son couldn't eat because of the procedure. On the morning of July 3rd, they gave him a pill for vomiting... When they called me to the administration office to pay the 2,500 in advance before the procedure, the secretary didn't want to give me an invoice, and to top it off they asked me for an additional 850 euros for the famous pill, which they hadn't informed me of beforehand because I had traveled from Holland already scheduled with the money that had already been discussed in advance, and even the doctor who was going to treat him hadn't seen him yet. When I saw this situation, I demanded to see the doctor. The doctor sees us and says that he doesn't know about this, that I haven't spoken to him, so I ask him, because I spoke to his assistant, we discussed a price and now they come up with another. In the end they tell me that it's okay, that I should excuse myself and only pay the 2,500. Ok. We waited in the room and after noon of waiting so much a translator comes to say that the operation was cancelled... I go downstairs to speak with the doctor, he never showed his face to me again, only the translator, the assistant, the people in the office who already gave me my money and there they told me that they were not going to return it, why?????? Because they were going to discount the transportation that they picked me up, the night we slept there in the clinic and the famous pill. I got angry and called the Dutch embassy, ​​the two of us without knowing anyone, with the lost money from the tickets, from the operation, and what is worse, my son with his broken hope, we traveled with the faith that his obesity problems and the bullying that he has suffered all these years were going to stop... but they apart from making us go to waste time and money, they broke my son's faith. And that is why I am doing this now. Because for a few pesos they can't play with anyone's mental health... in the end that day I claimed my right to be exposed to danger in that place and in the end they gave me part of the money back. We left there and I had to pay for a hotel so my son and I could feel safe and wait until the next day to return home. May God forgive them.
