One of my go-to websites
I'll always go to either Basecamp Gear or sister company Ultralight Outdoor Gear for kit when I can. Their prices are usually amongst the cheapest, and I like the fact they charge reasonable postage and packing based on what you're buying. The descriptions, opinions and reviews on the site are really helpful when buying gear, and I like the way you can rank everything on weight, which is really important for me. On this occasion the item I was buying developed a fault and the issue was resolved immediately without any fuss. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Bought an Ortlieb Atrack BP 25L, the product was as advertised with a good price. A good water proof backpack for a cycling trip. Great service and delivery from BasecampGear. Ordered on the Thursday and arrived on the Monday. Would buy again from them, no issues at all

Ordered a thermos flask
Ordered a thermos flask. Was told that it would be 3-5 days, 9 days later I am still waiting. I contacted a very sarcastic customer service who said I would have to continue waiting. This company uses Royal Mail despite knowing full well they are struggling which clearly shows they don't care for customer service. If you want items to arrive, don't bother using this supplier.
