Baseus helped me with a code that was glitched. A+ customer service. The product itself has everything I need as a MacBook user. Looks great on the desk. Great little device.

Received this set of ear buds but I continue to have problems with the left bud, it does not stay operating, I have cleaned the contacts on both the case and the bud, but I continue to have to re-pair the unit to make them work…I like em when they are fully operational but 30% of the time the left bud doesn’t work

These are some of the best headphones that y'all have ever created.The Baseus inspire HX1 headphones with sound by Bose are one of the best looking/feeling/sounding headphones that I've ever listen to. They punch way above their weight class when it comes to sound quality competing with more premium sounding headphones easily. If I can give any advice for the next pair it would be.
1) Wear detection sensors inside the ear cups.
2) More microphones around the ear cups for a more aggressive noise canceling .Also maybe even get rid of the 3.5mm headphone jack for just a USB type-C audio connection.
3) And last but not least the ear cup rotation. When the ear cups are sitting around the neck they should rotate the opposite way that they are now. Basically ear pads pointing down towards the shoulders.

One of the best ear buds around! Fit perfectly, stay in place and you forget you are wearing them.

Good product I keep. Give one star because no less than this.

The charge does not hold, but otherwise it’s OK

Everything were alright till warranti void and power bank expanded(it looks like its going to explode) also by ruing my device which were used to charge it.

This charger is as advertised, and has a decent profile for the amount of power it provides.

The biggest gripe I have about it is, there’s apparently a slow charging mode that you can easily and accidentally get into, and there is no clear instructions or indications whether you’re in the slow charging mode or not.

My suggestion is to make some sort of LED design that changes a pronounced color when you’re in the low or slow charging mode that the technical representative told me I was in, as I was getting slow charging reports from my iOS 26 device.

They don't go up very loud I thought there would be more base

I am not happy with the way that the power strip works and got no real support from your team. I would be happy to return it.

Earbuds arrived quickly, perform much better than expected. Easy to synchronize with iPhone. Instructions were clear, however print was very small. Of course I’m in my 70s, but still…. Overall, good product, great value!

I bought a magsafe powerbank for my iphone in November 2023.
In October 2025 I noticed that the powerbank didn not fit on my phone anymore and then found it was due to the battery swelling.
I immediately contacted customer support who advised me to discontinue using it and within two days, I was told I will be getting a full refund via paypal.

The product unfortunately failed but CS handled it well and quickly so.

Excellent camera .Fast delivery. No added stuff in the app and everything works well. Lots of added features and will buy more. Solar power works great. Holds a good charge.

All of the products I have bought which is a lot, have turned out to be very good. The best earbuds are the MA10 which is hard to find or out of stock. I have bought at least 7 of these and given as presents. The type c cable are the best. I have a couple of the BC1’s and a MC1 pro. Not crazy about these but it is an alternative to the MA10.
