I liked the first setup I bought that I purchased a second setup.

Please don't waste your time buying these. Sound is terrible. Waste of money.

I bought a few products from Baseus but one of the items (a powerbank) had clearly been taken out of the box as the box was dirty, had scratches and worn, someone have used this powerbank, maybe to charge their phone on the storage house. The unit was also with dirty fingers, the inside of the box was missing warranty leaflet and the thin protective bag it’s normally put in and the manual was torn. How do I know what the product and packaging looks like - I had ordered 2 of the exact same model, one black and one white. The white had only one line on charge status, the black one 3 lines.
I could live with this issue - but the problem was that this white PB was supposed to be a present for a girl. How could I give someone something like that? She would think that I bought a used product as her present.

I contacted Baseus customer service and sent both video and images for them to see the issue.
They replied “it’s custom who have checked it, and we can assure that the product is fine”.

Yeah I’m sure - but I had to go buy a new present for my friend.

They offered med a compensation for 3 euro. On a 99 euro order.

I told them to keep the 3 euro and maybe invest it in courses for better customer service for other future customers. I have never witnessed such a stingy company ever before. Good riddance.

I’m not coming back, that’s for sure.

Baseus has great customer service that was immediately there to test if my product worked well with emails and quick responses

Poor quality products. Did not last 1 year. No warranty compensation. Will not buy again.

Ordered the 420w portable battery, awesome price. Very well made. Exceeded my expectations this is my primary go to battery when i need to fast charge anything

Haven’t gotten much use out of the products I ordered yet but the build quality is impressive for what I paid and the delivery time was great.

Packaging, design. Form factor, features.
Lightweight at the expense of a way to change w A/C. Solar charging & 100 watt USB work well. Android app works well with a good UI. Tested on a a DC compressor refrigerator set to 0. Ran for 5 hrs, way more than expected.

The best powerbank

I didn’t like the fact that your website suggested that I buy a fast charging cord which is over six feet long, when the unit already comes with a sufficient cord. Plus, you charged me for the long cord for approximately $14+ but you didn’t send it to me. Where’s my cord that you charged me for?!
