I bought an item, which took 28 days to arrive, it doesn't work, I paid £12.99 I asked to return and refund be given, I was offered £2 compensation, which I refused. I was eventually given a return address but told to return at my own cost, then a refund would be given, I once again refused, as the return cost is too expensive. I Purchased using a credit card, my bank are now in the process of recovering my money. AVOID
Really bad with tracking details not to mention I ordered a stichy 6 weeks ago and it still has not arrived!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This product it not fit for purpose. I ordered my size and when it eventually arrived from China, they were way too big and just fell down. The advert looks as though they should arrive in a lovely white box, they arrived stuffed into a poly bag. I contacted them to say they did not fit and were way too big, I was asked to send original order receipt and photos etc etc which obviously I did and although they say they accept returns on the details on their advert, they DO NOT, they offered me a £4 refund which I refused, then offered a £7 refund. I will be reporting to trading standards as this product is not what it seems. You've been warned ⚠️
The product is of poor quality and dose not do as described the bra does not support as stated and is a complete waist of money the fastening in the back os scratchy as well which makes it uncomfortable to wear after stretching hands above head 3 times the bar was no longer in place. I have asked for a full refund. They say they sent to correct goods and I should find so.eone to give them too. This is not good enough and I will be requesting paypal to get involved due to the goods not being as described and of poor quality. Do not buy from this company!
Item not as described and bad quality. They say on their website they accept returns. I have emailed them 6 times so far to return and each time they respond saying they cant find the order, then cant find my email, then saying sorry your not happy will advise our manufacturer and each time will not give returns details, despite requesting it. I have reported to trading standards.
