Could you raport for gambling commission

Wouldn't even rate them a 1 star.. they bug and bug you through text messages and phone calls.. I won a good amount would only let me withdraw 400 pound I done this. And read other reviews I still had over £1800 in my accountbut wouldn't allow me to withdraw as already had one in motion..
After reading reviews I thought what's the point waste what I have.. they then messaged me saying 'you don't have the funds'. I quired it and they said it gives all info on site apparently.

SCAM .......
They take your money but when you try to withdraw , it's a complete nightmare. You don't get your winnings.

Like most others, I was duped into depositing money from my debit card and gambling with this casino....

I lost over £800 and was so embarrassed and defeated.

But don't be defeated just yet!

I deposited 26 times over a period of 3 days totalling £820.... i was so pissed with myself but not all is lost!

I rang my bank this morning (Nationwide) and came clean with them, I was embarrassed and told them I'd had a bad few days gambling and been duped by an unregulated casino.

I applied for a chargeback for all of the 26 transactions under the heading of 'misleading and untrue terms'. The lady on the phone from the bank explained the transactions I was referring too didn't come up as gambling, they just came up as a normal international transaction, meaning Basswin and knowingly used the incorrect transaction code to mislead my bank.

We processed the chargeback claim and before I was even off the phone to the lady the money was back in my account. All £820 of it. Something I thought would be nearly impossible considering I'd used my debit card and not my credit card too.

If the transactions on your bank have come up as 'evebrthough, Klashard, Konriga or Inpics. Phone your bank and try a chargeback claim. Just be honest and tell them what's happened, it worked for me!

I'm just grateful my bank could help.

AVOID this company at all cost you will lose your money luckily only deposited a small amount and got onto bonus won 159 this was never added to my account went on the online chat to query they said it never happened during my game play - SCAM will steal your money I have reported this to multiple places - hopefully someone shut them down

Deposited €40 easily via Apple Pay won €425 you have to gamble 3 x wager so in my case €120 but luckily I managed this upto €425 but then had to submit so much ID, Driving licence, address details, pictures of debit cards, pictures of cards for requested withdrawal. Bank statements.. the list goes on.
You can only withdraw onto a Mastercard regardless of how you deposit. In the meantime you are bombarded with unsolicited emails, texts and phone calls.
At this point from previous reviews most people gamble their winnings to avoid ongoing hassle. However after 9 failed withdrawal attempts I finally did get my winnings.. in hindsight though I wish I hadn’t bothered as you will need to invest 5 hours of your time in pursuing any winnings.
Do not bother. Also these reviews get deleted too so this also is a waste of time

Reopened my account after I self excluded but didn’t state it was in the t&c’s when I was on an online chat I have a gambling problem but even tho there was winnings in my account they wouldn’t let me withdraw for days so spent all the winnings they should be stopped horrendous people

Constantly spam me with text messages.
Blocked numerous times, deleted and reported.
Unable to send back to tell them to think of se x and a long distance.

These so called fraudsters are the scourge of the Internet. NOT INTERESTED IN GAMBLING WITH ANYBODY LET ALONE SCAMSTERS.

Keeps sending unwanted text messages. Why do they do this? I wouldn't want to use any company when they keep doing this. I don't gamble.

If only there was a minus option here. Absolute nightmare of a company. Firstly the bonuses you play or win come with many T&Cs that aren’t in the customers favour at all.(they look good on paper but definitely not in practise) for some of the bonuses to work you need to download their app which consistently closes down your device or be connected to their Telegram bot. Then when you do eventually win some money and try to withdraw there’s the whole verification problems, it didn’t matter what proof I showed them it was rejected, the customer service people are extremely rude, honestly don’t waste your time join another site, I’ve never had any of these issues with any other company.

Don’t ever play on here if it gives you bonus rounds it never gives you grand prize… it just does pay out unless you get to 100 spins later once it’s taken over half your money but by end of it you can’t win nothing, with non deposit bonuses they ain’t generous at all especially when you been loyal customers and put so much into it, they can’t even be generous in giving you at least 150-200 non deposit bonus they mug you off it’s like they control it from other side I will not be playing again unless you give me a god damn €200 non deposit bonus on my account which is with my other email

Do not deposit a penny, you’ll never get a penny back. They’ll make it so hard to get you’re winnings you’d be quicker robbing a bank, doing your time and being released.

Proper scam site, verifying yourself is ridiculously difficult and a clear breach of GDPR laws.

One 😂 mode of withdrawal. By Mastercard. You can deposit in multiple methods but withdrawing? One way. And to a maximum of €400. Seriously, do yourself a favour. Not that it matters, they won’t pay you. They’ll just keep refusing your request.

All in all THE worst gambling site on the planet.

There’s a reason they only advertise on Facebook and Instagram. They’re scammers. Don’t give them a penny and disregard the fake 5 star reviews on here.

Appalling. Doesn't offer the withdrawal options it lists on the website. Now I can't withdraw despite several attempts. There is no option to escalate beyond online chat. Seriously bad site and is probably a scam that operates within loopholes in the gambling provider rules. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Update: after many failed attempts they did manage to get a withdrawal payment out to me, however the next one failed which is frustrating. I would say perhaps don't believe that you will never get your money, but do be warned that it won't be easy. I haven't had to do anything other than keep trying, but the processing time between attempts makes this a drawn kit process
