I ordered a PH 5 pendant as an outlet model. The delivery from the UK took just under two weeks, and the lamp arrived very well packed with no damage. There were a couple of minor marks, which was expected for a display item, but overall it looks beautiful in my living room. Very happy with the purchase.
I bought an AJ floor lamp and noticed some visible scratches on the base when unpacking. It was clearly stated as a display model, so I can’t complain too much. Customer service replied quickly to my email, but I had hoped the condition would be slightly better. Still, the lamp works perfectly.
