Great customer service team

Great customer service team, they listen to the customer and work to resolve issues and quickly identify the best way forward to find a workable solution. It’s great when companies ensure a good experience when buying from them but it’s equally important when things go wrong, some forgetvthis but not Batavia. Excellent service

I would like to express my gratitude for expeditious processing and delivery of orders. But I would like to express my special appreciation for the client orientation of your service team. On several occasions they promptly reacted to my queries providing consultation and advice. As two examples, I would like to refer to my contact with Rutger on 25 April and Jesse on 9 June. My experience in dealing with other forms shows that Batavia’s service is rather exceptional. Thank you very much.

Missing recharger in my order

I ordered a rechargeable 12V battery plus recharger for my cordless screwdriver (this package is offered on the website) but only the battery without recharger was delivered to me. My complaint on the contact page is ignored. I didn't get any answer until now

Still waiting for delivery

Still waiting for delivery, waiting for 7 days now. Starting to think I’ve been scammed.

Bad customer service and promises not yet fulfilled

I bought a Twinbrusk which was shipped and received on time. After 90 seconds of work the brush stopped working. I contacted the after-sales service to get a refund or a replacement, they asked me for a video and, after watching it, they replied that they were aware of the problem and that, as an apology, without having to send back mine they would send me a new Twinbrush free of charge. Since 9 May, no one has replied to my e-mails and I still haven't received either a refund or the new brush.

May the 27th update:
After my review today Batavia wrote me an email asking for the address to deliver to. Thanks to Batavia for this happy end
