I always bought from this company when living in London. I have now moved to Devon & ordered a toilet online. Extremely happy. Attractive, traditional product.The best price I found online. Excellent communication throughout the order, up to and including the delivery. Item arrived very quickly. An all round great online buying experience. Very happy customer.

My 5-stars are for customer service. I ordered a shower tray from the Bathroom Discount Centre and immediately received an email re checking with the supplier about availability. Nothing unusual there. I replied to the email to say that prompt delivery was important for the project in question. I received an immediate reply, saying they'd keep me posted. Only a short while later, I was told that there would be a delay, so I could wait, change my order, or cancel. Given the circumstances, I had to cancel. Once again, I received an immediate response apologising for not being able to deliver on time and saying that the refund would be processed, though this could take some days. And before you ask, no, these were not automated responses. Within a couple more hours I received formal notification that the refund was approved. And before you ask, no, these were not automated responses. So whilst BDC could not, on this occasion, provide what I wanted, their customer service was really excellent.

Huge choice of products and prices and really knowledgeable staff. Drew was so helpful to deal with and really knew his stuff - make some excellent swap recommendations to suit my overall design ideas. Barry and Ben in deliveries were also super efficient and easy to communicate with. I needed items in a rush and they were delivered within 3 days. Can highly recommend!

When ordered the item was advised as being out of stock but delivery was anticipated. I was kept fully up to date with progress and subsequently received the drain. Communication with this company is first class and is to be complimented. The pricing and delivery of said item was first class. Excellent company to deal with.
