Shopped around for best price for the water softener, Monarch HE Midi, Bathquest had it and included free salt. Checkout straightforward and was kept updated with progress of order. Arrived promptly no problems. Not fitted yet so can’t review performance, so far so good.

Faulty Product received
The Monarch water softener we received was faulty , the plumber could not attach the piping to the unit as the thread was faulty. Our plumber had to ring Monarch to get a replacement part so he couldn’t fit the product and we have to make another appointment once we receive the replacement part
