I contacted bathrooms and showers direct as I was struggling to source some spare parts. I dealt with a lovely lady called Afia who was ver efficient and prompt. She sourced the parts I needed very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Fantastic service
Fantastic customer service and great price. I messaged to check item was in stock and the service was friendly and professional. Order arrived next day with DPD. I've had some bad experiences with online bathroom shops but I SO wish I had found bathroomsandshowersdirect earlier in our project. 100% recommend and will be my first port of call for any future.

The chat team from this company was excellent in providing adequate answers for the items we were looking for. Sometimes is hard to find items you need for your business and delivered in real time, but these guys were fantastic! We'll come back to buy from this company in the future!

Broken product. Quick delivery.
Ordered a replacement toilet seat. Arrived two days later (great) in post packaging. Original packaging inside had DPD return tape on it and a returns label. Seat inside was broken. Contacted B&SDirect and told definitely wasn’t sent out broken, they had just reused the box, and it must have been the delivery people. I sent some more information and a replacement was sent out next day. I wasn’t asked to return the original broken seat so had to dispose of it myself. Three star rating due to speed of service but otherwise would have been two stars.

I am so sorry for the way the first parcel turned up. We do not use the swap it service from DPD, so I am a little perplexed. Looking at the DPD proof of delivery photo, there is a black screen so I can't for definite say whether the outer packaging was damaged at DPD, however it is likely that this can only have been a previous return. Generally we would not put anything back into stock if the box is damaged, let alone the product.
I am glad that we resolved the problem quickly for you.

An efficient delivery service, but a quality control issue (revised)
An efficient delivery service.
Supply problems in the economy seem to affect everything, so I was not concerned about a supply problem and having to wait as Bathrooms and Showers direct communicated well.
However, there are quality control issues as the toilet seat I ordered was very badly damaged on delivery and it is unlikely to have been checked when packed, as there was no sign of damage on the packaging.

I have looked at the emails and photos you have sent us and I believe that the damage has been caused in transit. Often the outer packaging may not show any signs of being dropped, however this is not always a sign of poor handling. We have taken this up with our delivery partner and I can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. This is not the usual standard of service that we offer.
I can see that Afia had responded to you very soon after receiveing your initial email and that we are dealing with this for you.

Great service, had to wait few days for the part to be available but that wasn't a problem. I would appreciate if the packaging would be more efficient. Item has been delivered with slightly bent copper pipes which is not visible when you are receiving the delivery
