Rob was very helpful throughout. Explaining everything and made the process much easier. He was very knowledgable and would always do what ever he could to help.

The service provided by Unique bathrooms, through Jennifer, was extremely helpful and professional when we had our bathroom converted to a smart shower room earlier this year. Starting with a beautifully laid out showroom with great designs that inspired ideas; they were informative and helpful. They also proved to be very flexible and accommodating, working with our excellent plumber, to exchange products and fittings when the design had to be modified for various reasons. The superior quality of the products supplied has been reassuring that it's not just about 'the look'. Thank you Jennifer.

As an installer I put the majority of my business through Unique, from Bathroom's to Boilers. If I did not have such a good supply chain, my business would not be as efficient as we are. From Bathroom design to sourcing those obscure parts. I like a personal service, not just someone on the end of a phone. I have every confidence that if I send a customer to the showroom that they will be given a great customer experience. I would like to personally thank all who work at Unique , well done.

I am a bathroom installer and they have never let me down with getting the stock in on time and I’m always kept well informed of when my stuff is arriving at the showroom.

Excellent service, excellent products, great team

Jennifer at Bathrooms by Unique helped us choose and source our new bathroom. She offered advice and options, helped us select products to meet our needs, compared prices and kept us updated by telephone and email. This was made more difficult by Covid restrictions but nothing was too much trouble. And when she was unavailable, Rob was able to answer our questions. The deliveries were on time and were very customer focussed. Very good communication. Very good all round service. Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service from knowledgeable, friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you have what you want. From walking into the showroom, through design and delivery nothing is too much trouble. We went window shopping as we don't live in the area but price, service and their willingness to deliver to us has had us order 2 bathrooms so far, another is in the pipeline. Every member of staff we have been in contact with has been a pleasure to do business with.

Their knowledge, promptness and customer service can't be faulted. Any issues which arise have always been dealt with swiftly, making for a seamless service. We were extremely delighted with the process and outcome of all the planning and work we did with Rob at Unique. It took us sometime as we don't redesign bathrooms very often!
