BE AWARE of this awful companies 30DAY policy !! Delivered a broken product. Purchased a built in cistern and wall hung pan with seat. We fitted the whole bathroom from nothing including plumbing tiling etc. the last thing to unwrap and fit was the toilet seat after 30days of purchase, why would I open it until it needed fitting. Unfortunately it was severely broken and they refused to replace either free or at cost . UNFAIR

I am a new customer who expects high standards, and I wasn't disappointed. I have only placed two orders so far and I will definitely use Bath Supermarket again in the future.
The first was aided by an online chat, which helped to identify my exact requirements, and the second almost didn't happen due to an unexpected title. I now know that a 'douche sprayer' is what others call a 'handheld sprayer' :).
Deliveries were prompt and I was pleased to discover that the Royal Mail tracking system worked well.

I ordered a vanity sink unit from this company. It wasn’t until the fit that it was noted that they had not sent the drawer handles. I telephoned numerous times and was told they were being sent out. Eventually I received a handle for a wall cupboard??? I have since been corresponding via email, the first saying that the handles were out of stock and giving a date when they would be in. I had to email again after date had passed and had heard nothing. Another email saying there was a delay now till 20 June. Again this has passed with no correspondence. All I am asking for is the two handles, it’s beyond my comprehension how difficult this is to achieve. I hope this review makes people think twice before using the company. If the customer service is off it’s not worth the hassle.

I recently ordered a toilet and cistern & toilet seat combo fromThis company.
Theses items were ordered around 3 weeks before I was able to install as I was awaiting a wc unit from another supplier.
Once I was able to install I realised the toilet seat had arrived damaged.
I contacted this company not expecting anything as it had been several weeks ago I took delivery.
I got in contact with a guy called Charlie via messages system.
I was pleasantly surprised that I got a no quibble message from him offering apologies and was pleased to read he would be sending out a replacement seat that day,
WOW, what a great service and even more of a WOW, I received the replacement less than 24 hrs after contacting them.
I can not recommend this company highly enough, and special thanks and praise to Charlie.
I will certainly be using this company again for any future Bathroom/ plumbing needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered Bristan Fern kitchen tap in chrome on 13th Dec for a very good price. Received 17th Dec very prompt. A very nice looking quality tap, looks great.

If I could give no stars I would.

the item was delivered incomplete, Luke their customer care handler refused to take accountability - all but accused me of lying. refused to send missing part. will never use them again. rude, officious, the antitheseis of customer orientated. Long time since I have had such a bad experience.

Bought bath side panel toilet and sink from them the bath panel was damaged so had to send it back myself with a delivery code sent from them which I noticed on delivery my toilet was also broke which I did not notice as my fitter couldn’t fit me in for 4 weeks so when opened told it had been too long for a refund 2 out of 3 items damaged is not acceptable but price and product good if they could sort couriers out totally change their company

Absolutely shocking, made me delay with my construction works and I had to pay extra hours to the builders because I didn’t receive my order and I had to order elsewhere in the end.
Despite contacts they weren’t helpful at all and try accuse me of lying. Speechless to be honest. Absolute scammers and rude customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid at all costs. Cowboy company. Shocking customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely shocking company. Asked to fit a 2 in 1 sink and toilet and this company advised to drain the sink directly into the cistern. Not even with a trap.
Not even up to regulations so they have no knowledge at all and are purely sales driven. No aftersales. Avoid like the plague.

Bath came with damaged corner, as I could hide the damage and didn't want to pay plumber to go and come back I used the bath took photo of damage before bath was fitted, also wrong sizes screws sent to fix legs to bath if plumber hadn't noticed would now have 4 holes in bath, contact the company with photos/ invoice, was told nothing we could do as bath is now fitted, No real apology, no offer of discount or voucher, just told in two lines nothing we can do. Awful customer service do not use this firm

Purchased a bath which was great quality and by far the cheapest I could find on the internet, I had a few questions around what was and wasn't needed so called their customer services line, call answered in seconds which is great only issue was the chap Steve I think he was called was very quiet, mumbled and didn't really understand what he was saying, said thanks for your help, hung up and redialled, spoke to a lady called Eileen who was very clear and really helped me, thank you for the great service and Bath is fully installed looking great.

We found some quality products at a discounted price so we are extremely pleased with them. Delivery was first rate (the best delivery we have had by far), on a pallet no damage and brought onto our drive.
We wanted a high level wc but this was shown out of stock. We tried to reserve it online but this did not seem to work. So we ordered a mid level wc which was cheaper but not quite what we wanted. The high level wc was in stock and at a reduced price soon after.

Ordered 2 sink plug units from these guys and only 1 arrived but to be fair they quicky acted on an email and the other one arrived the next day.
That is good service being able to respond in that way. I know its better to send the correct number but we are only human.
Product was of good quality and fitted well. Nuff said.

Received my items today as scheduled however one item was missing.All packaging was damaged & haven't had the time to inspect the contents as yet to see if they are damaged.Unhappy with the delivery charge of £50 after spending nearly £300 in goods.
A representative from bathsupermarket contacted me immediately after my first review & was extremely helpful & understanding.After identifying what item was missing he has arranged delivery of the missing item for two days time.He also as a kind gesture agreed to refund my delivery charge which he really didn't have to do.This is the first time I have used this company & will almost certainly be using again.
