Bath TCG Reviews

Great experience in Bath TCG, the stuff is friendly and the place looks brilliant!

The staff could not have been more welcoming to a complete new Pokemon TCG player. They were helpful throughout the day offering advice and support when asked. The other players/collectors and fans were also welcoming and I can only thank the store and owner for creating such a supportive store experience.

Booked a spot for the magic the gathering commander night, arrived only 15 minutes after the start and was told there was no places left. One of the staff mentioned my name was the only one he didn't recognise. Whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming as well as smelly and humid due to lack of ventilation and overcrowding. I've been in a few times just buy products and staff seem more interested in talking to the regulars. A shame since previous commander nights here had been a relatively positive experience. Just won't be going by myself again.

They put local players first to foster a great community! Prices are very fair, no gouging even with the recent high demand for product.

Quick and easy great service

Kind staff and people! My first time playing the TCG and everyone was lovely and helpful, a great experience.

Super friendly staff, great events and great selection. Always happy to visit both the bath and the Midsomer norton branch

A very rare find of a product that was sold out everywhere else and which made my son very happy

I love this place, they're extremely friendly and helpful, and really make an effort for their customers to be able to get product, not scalpers. The hobby needs more places like this!

Polite and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Anytime again.

Always a great experience with the team at Bath, friendly and helpful and with a great selection too! 🙂

Happy and friendly staff that always provide great service.

Absolutely delighted that I was able to exchange my rejected grandson’s Christmas present for a gift card with no difficulty at all.

Great shop and excellent Tournament organisers

Been going to the shop since it opened on and off, recently started playing events there too.
Great staff, always friendly and helpful!
Events are ran weekly and from my experiences have always ran smoothly.
Very knowledgeable about the games and their products and the community within the shops (Bath & Midsomer Norton) is filled with amazing people of all levels of experience playing.
I could never rate this store, the owners and their staff high enough!

Emailed the team for gift voucher options - was sent an easy link and a follow up - thank you for being great at customer service.

Great store, great people and great delivery. 5/5

Great service, very convenient. Smooth transaction.

I love my Gengar squishmallow! :) <3
Thank you, Bath TCG x

Since this shop opened and my kid learnt to play the card version of Pokémon he spends less time staring at his consoles and more time building decks, strategizing and playing with other real life people.
The shop provides a wonderful community of young and older people sharing their experiences of different games. It's a wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommend!
