Never again. Went to the Bristol Rd branch told them the problem of my car. They said the tracking needed doing so paid for that even though not told how much it was first. Went 2 mins if that down the road and the same problem was there. Took it back and had it booked in for another day due to lack of staff. Was told they couldn't do anything as the time it was booked in wouldn't give them enough time to find anything and it would have to be booked in again in 2 weeks time. Sorry not good enough it was booked in to begin with to get the issue fixed. I was told because I went in to get the tracking done it was fixed. I never asked for tracking to be done, I told them the problem, they just done the tracking. So now I'm £40 down, car still knackered and got to find another garage to fix it. Customer service was diabolical. Worse garage I've been to.

Thank you to James and the team at Bideford for great straightforward service when replacing tyres today. Much better than the previous 3 hours it took at ATS Launceston!

Arrived at the garage in Bristol Brislington after making a booking via Black Circles. The team made a start on the car only to find out the company booked with had not delivered the tyres and couldn’t book me in for another week. So the order was cancelled

The team at Bathwick cut out the middle man found tyres of a similar range and price and were able to get the tyres delivered that same day and fitted in the afternoon. Ideal as I took the day off to get 4 tyres fitted. The team said they would contact as soon as the tyres arrived which they stuck to their word. The team also price match my order and kept great communication throughout.

The whole team were professional making what was a very frustrating start to the day much better.

Will be booking direct in future.

Apart from the price, there's not much else good about using Bathwick Tyres / Protyre.

I ordered 2 tyres online and booked a slot for fitment the following morning. I arrived only to be told the tyres aren't in stock and they don't get their delivery until 2pm. So they said they will ring me when they arrive and I could have them fitted later that day.
So the ordering system allowed a booking for tyres not in stock and before they would arrive and the staff didn't bother to check the booking and contact me beforehand which would have saved me driving all the way over there. I also asked for front wheel alignment to be done and was told this could also be done later.

At 4pm I still hadn't received a call and was passing the garage. I pulled up out front and one of the workers spotted me, went in the reception and rang me to tell me the tyres had arrived. 😄 I said, I'm outside and just saw you when I pulled up. 🙄
He said they were busy now and it might take a while. I was happy to wait, but then he said they wouldn't have time to do the wheel alignment as well so could I come back the following morning.

So I returned first thing the following morning. The tyres were replaced straight away so all good so far. However, I then stood around for another 10 minutes while nothing was happening. I spoke to one of the guys to ask what's going on and was told they can't now do the wheel alignment because my vehicle is too long for their ramp. Why they didn't know this the day before is beyond me and if I hadn't asked someone what's going on, I would probably still be there now waiting for someone to speak to me.
Very poor customer service but good prices.
Not sure I'll be going back when I need the other 2 tyres replacing.

I would highly recommend Bathwick Tyres to friends & family. They were extremely polite and efficient in dealing with the leaky valve on my car. I popped in on the off chance and very soon afterwards I was driving it away with the problem solved. Thank you so much for such great service.

Always avoiding using Bathwick where possible. Staff always act unprofessional and seem to speak down to you; act as if you’re not there. Staff Constantly joking and misbehaving amongst themselves, incredibly rude and immature. Had to have a wheel alignment done, had the car for an hour and alignment/ tracking seems worse than what it was when I took it there. Having to take it elsewhere to be done properly. Many may say “why didn’t you take it back to them and get them to sort it again for free?” And to get honest, it’s not worth the hassle and wouldn’t trust them to touch it again. Would much rather take it somewhere reputable and pay double the price

Thank you Bathwick Tyres, Cheltenham for fitting my van with the two Toyo tyres. Not only did you beat Asda tyre's price by £15 you also managed to get them delivered and fitted just when I needed, just in time for my MOT which I passed.

Excellent service very friendly and polite could not have asked for better service or price I would certainly recommend using them.

Terrible service. Booked in for an MOT 2 months before the date, called up just to check the time, and no recollection of my booking, so booked again, for a second time, clarifying a few times, that it was definitely booked this time "yes definitely" was the reply. I turned up, and they had no recollection of me on their system. And was told that they couldn't do it anyway, as the mechanic was off sick. I walked out after receiving no apologies.
Eurocars just around the corner, far more professional :)

A nail was found in my tyre during an mot. The engineer took my wheel off they the tyre checked the inside of the tyre(no damage) replaced it all no charge for 15-20 mins work. This sort of integrity is priceless compared to me ex wife’s experience at quick s**t who told her all four tyres had perished and needed replacement a load of balloney.

Arrange to have two tyres fitted. Called the Devizes branch to check availability of tyres and fitting time.
Was told tyres would need to be ordered in, and they would be in the following day.

Asked for appointment time, was told 'just pop in any time, fitting will only take 30-45 minutes.

2 days later I drove in to Devizes at 12:30 approximately. Had to stand and wait around for ages, before going into workshop to get a staff member.
The first person I spoke with who had an inspection lamp and was under a car in the workshop on their own in that bay, advised they didn't work for Bathwick tyres! I asked if it was their car above them....... No!

I was then directed to another person, who did apparently work for Bathwick tyres.
They appeared very put out I had interrupted them.
They asked if I had an appointment, and of course I advised no.
They went on aggressively about ALL fittings had to be booked. They were in no way interested in the fact I advised I had WANTED to booked an appointment but was advised about just popping in. As a night worker they didn't even appreciate that for me, this was the middle of the night for me, and I had driven over 14 miles to get to them, all for nothing.

The tyres had been booked via the telephone, and had indeed arrived the previous day, however these were the wrong summer only tyres!! The same make, but NOT the all seasons tyre I had requested.

I would strongly recommend you avoid these clowns, and as for the random 'car inspector' how on earth is that safe? What are they doing under cars if they don't own it or work for Bathwick tyres?

Other members of staff seemed more interested in texting on their phones while working on other cars. COME ON tyres and brakes are possibly the most important safety feature of any road vehicle, I'd appreciate 100% concentration on fitting and or inspecting them!

Won't be using this shambles again. Have now booked a local mobile tyre fitter who will supply and fit for the same cost as Bathwick, but will be coming to me.

I went into Bathwick Tyres in Tetbury on Fri 24 Sept, in a huge rush. The team there were very helpful and did everything I asked - and they did it with a smile.

Booked an appointment for a tyre to be ordered in at Bathwicks Southbourne, Bournemouth in the previous week. Price was quoted to me as, I quote, 'all in'. When they'd done the job they wanted another £30. I'd urge potential customers to be very clear about what it will cost and what that will include before they have work done. Perhaps this is tyre servicing 'speak' but if you don't know it, it could cost you more than you expect.

Top notch service from the bristol branch near hartcliffe/ bishopsworth .

Super friendly staff especially James who helped me with my mini one which required new tyres, second time going there definitely would recommend, showed up on the day and was able to get new tyres within an hour, reasonable price for the brand good year tyres will 100% go again and recommend to a friend :)

First class service from the guys at Ferndown branch. Fitted me in at short notice and were polite and helpful throughout.

Stratton Swindon Branch. Excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble, problems well explained. Definitely recommended.

Last week I took a tyre with a slow puncture to the Bath branch of Bathwick Tyres. The guys mended the puncture in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the tyre had a hidden split and the next day it was flat again. Steve the manager sent one of his team to my house to pick up the wheel and fitted a new tyre and brought it back and cancelled the charge for the repair. They couldn't have been more helpful. Everyone at the Bath branch seems so polite and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
