They promise 2 day shipping but you receive tracking over a week later. No way to contact them either. Some phone that noone but a robot answers. I would have never purchased here with these slow shipping times.

I ordered 2 batteries for my vacuum cleaner. My order was processed, my credit card was charged. The next day My order was cancelled and my credit card was refunded with absolutely no explanation. I checked the website, the batteries were still for sale but At an increased price. I was told that they had made a pricing error, and that I could re-order the batteries at the new price. I think that if a company advertises a product at a certain price, they should be obligated to sell it at that price and should not have the right to arbitrarily change that price after a sale has been made.

The site was very easy to navigate. The replacement battery was perfect. The communication about shipping and delivery was on point.

Battery was received and was perfect fit and performs well so far, too cold 🥶 to ride. Reason for 4 rating was I wanted to take advantage of free shipping by buying another battery for other bike and was $10 shy. Thought I could get extra AAA, AA, C or D batteries but nothing available. I'll probably get battery for other bike later, ugh and pay shipping...

On march 10th we ordered 2 replacement batteries for our jumper packs. Shipping was late by 2 days. Only received ONE battery in a damaged package! When I reported it the ticket got closed saying order was delivered!! The box wasn't even big enough to fit 2 batteries in! Meaning, this was INTENTIONAL on the companies part!! I don't know who got a battery at my expense but it is absolutely bull!!!!!! We will not be using this company again
