Battery showed up when promised, fit as advertised, was charged and ready to run quickly. Exactly what they promise.

Fast ship, well packaged.. good communication. will order again if I need an item they sell... Shipping was pricey, they again it was a battery shipped by fedex.

The price and shipping was excellent. Arrived super fast. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong batteries. Probably not cost-effective to ship them back but I will be ordering the correct batteries plus an additional alarm backup battery from you.

Took way too long to receive the battery.

Fast and works great, honestly when I first looked I actually had to google BatteryClerk because I could not believe their prices compares to other places but they delivered fast and the battery works great.

I ordered my battery on April 22nd-(today is April 28)-I called customer service twice and they told me that their warehouse is not responding to them, so they have no idea where my battery is...??? I completely understand that things may be slow because of the Covid-19 situation, I just lost faith when they couldn't get any answers from the warehouse. I cancelled my order. Bummer!

When I placed my order it took a minimum of time and trouble. It has taken about a month to receive the battery but under the present conditions I can understand. One item I will comment about is your method of shipping. I believe you could be much more efficient by using the postal service to ship your orders. I don't know if you are aware that UPS charges more and then gives your orders to the postal service to complete them. The postal service can ship them faster and cheaper. I stopped using UPS a couple years ago for that reason. The USPS and FEDEX both deliver 6 days/wk versus 5 for UPS.

Very nice experience with BatteryClerk. Ordered a battery for my APC 550 and it came in less than a week. I replaced it and there were no problems, it is back to green light and ready for another 5 years. They have my business for life.

Exactly what i ordered and needed and delivered on time an excellent condition.

I received the battery. It was almost discharged and has the looks of a used battery and it is not fully charging. I am not saying it was sent this way on purpose but it was not what I was expecting. Since it is not an expensive battery, I am buying from another source because it u a lot of work to open the equipment again if this battery fails.
