Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service! The item was never delivered and they had no interest in trying to resolve the matter at all. They just told me to contact Yodel, but they should have done a internal enquiry - when I queried it, they never replied! Not one apology and had to go to bank to get refund!
