DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Ordered a new battery since, on their website, it says that the battery was compatible with my mouse. It took weeks to get it delivered, and once I got it and tested it didn't fit in the mouse. Their customer service replies only once per week. They asked for battery models and photos which I complied with and even sent them a screenshot of their website which stated that the battery was compatible. Now they want me to return it and that I pay for the shipping, and only IF the battery is ok I will get a refund for the battery, but no refund for the shipments. It is their fault, not mine of them announcing incorrect information on their website. Which I would have read all reviews here before ordering.

Stay well away from this company

Stay well away from this company, they are dishonest, deceptive and untrustworthy. They sent a battery unfit for purpose. Tried to prevent me returning it. Refused to give me back the postage.
Refused to refund the return postage.

STAY WELL AWAY.
