Hold jer væk fra denne firma

Writing in English as the company don’t understand Danish.I ordered a battery for my robot lawnmower . They took my money this same day they said it was being sent. 10 days later no battery so I wrote again, once again they asked to check my address was correct then said I should get it 1 month after I should have . I cancelled the Oder and asked for my money back . Suddenly they said the order was in its was and I should once again confirm my address ( 4th time). They then said it should arrive in 2 weeks and if not I should contact them . I told them they are a scam company and they should send my money back or I would send a letter from my lawyer next week . Which I will .
This company is a total con and should be banned

A bad experience.

A bad experience.Paid over the odds (£28) for a new battery to fit my Samsung S4 gt19500 phone: it took 25 days to arrive. The battery was far too thick for my phone and useless:the battery was designed for a thicker phone. The part number on the battery was incorrect, even though the box label suggested the battery was correct. Sent the battery back to Holland, asking for a refund, but 1 month on, I have had no reply. I ended the problem by buying a £10 battery from Amazon; arriving 2 days later, and working perfectly.
I cannot complain to the batteryupgrade website as invited, because it's impossible.I have sent 3 Emails to batteryupgrade, with no reply; and am now resigned to not getting my money back.
AVOID THESE CHARLATANS!

Avoid Them At All Costs

I bought a replacement battery from these people on July 2018. It was rather expensive by my standards, and it took about 3-4 weeks for the battery to reach me.

It did work when initially placed inside my old Lenovo ThinkPad X201 Tablet, but after the initial tests (about two-three full discharge/recharge cycles) I set the tablet in a drawer and didn't use it for about half a year.

Yesterday, as I was really in need of something portable, I pulled out the tablet and tried to use it. THE BATTERY WON'T CHARGE, despite Windows saying "charging".

I left the device plugged-in to wall socket over night, and in the morning the battery did not have one volt in it. I placed my old (original battery) and it was able to run my tablet for about 45 minutes before asking for a recharge (which it did complete successfully).

I wrote an e-mail to the guys at BatteryUpgrade.com asking for a product return number, and they said I don't qualify, because they only accept returns 3 months after purchase. THREE MONTHS?! I live in the EU, where one year is the norm...

In short, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS: faulty, expensive products and bad support/conduct.

Ordered a new battery for my phone

Ordered a new battery for my phone, arrived within 2 weeks. This has improved my phone no end, it's like being back to a new phone unlike the "genuine" batteries I've bought from Amazon

Quite simply theft

Quite simply theft - Google Ads misused at the worst.
I never got the pre-paid item I ordered.

Back and forth emails, continuously dragging out ... "be patience" ...
A method to make you give in and just accept the money being lost.

I was duped into using BatteryUpgrade…

I was duped into using BatteryUpgrade by Google ads as they had listed them for the battery that I was looking for. On their website it says that you receive the product in two weeks or less (1st March 2019). On the 10 day after paying for the product and with no response from them and no product I contacted them. They asked me to be patient and wait till the 17th March (I ordered on the 16th Feb). I asked for a refund and they said that the item had already been shipped but that I could return it once I received it at my own expense. This company is no legitimate and not worth using as the tell lies about delivery times and do not refund when they have been caught out in a lie. DO NOT USE THEM.

Received wrong product in November

Received wrong product in November. Been offered postage costs that couldn't cover safe return of the item from Norway. Refund, if item doesn't arrive while posted not safely, was not mentioned until July. In July costs of the purchase was finally refunded, so now I can return it in an unsecured envelope without loosing all of the money if package doesn't arrive. Overall time wasted on me being eager to save a buck on this site, would grant me multiple safe purchases in my country.

NEVER EVER AGAIN !!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had regarding an online shop!

On the 6th of March I ordered a new battery for my laptop, the webpage stated “expected delivery time 5 business days” on March 12th I wrote them an email asked for the delivery status, they replied that the package was shipped on March 7th, and should arrive very soon.,,

On the 19th of March I once again wrote them an email an asked for at status, they replied and asked me to be patient until March 28th (regardless that they told me that it was shipped from the Netherlands on the 7th…)

I replied and asked them why I should wait until March 28th if the package was shipped on the 7th and just received a reply saying “please be patient…” I did not receive any respond to that email until I sent an “any news” on the 22nd, and I just received a “please be patient” reply…

On the 3rd of April I once again wrote them an email informing them that nothing was received, the promised me to ship a replacement battery which I finally received on April 9th – more than a month after I placed the order.

So one thing I for sure have learned from this case is… - I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this company again.

refound after I didn't receive the pack

3 stars because even if I paid and didn't received anything, after more than one month i contact them that reply very quickly trying to solve the problem with a second pack. After about another month without receiving anything they completely refound me.
It's a pity they don't have parcel post.

Do not pay from them!

Did not receive my order even though they had withdrawn the amount from my account. Had long e-mail corrospondence without any luck.
I found out my order will be send from Guernsey (outside EU) so I should also pay customs fee!
I got my money back - so that worked for BatteryUpgrade.

Price is not worth the waiting time. Import fees and taxes might be added.

A month ago I ordered a battery for my screwdriver. I was supposed to be using the battery the following week and saw they had plenty in stock.
So I thought I ordered it in due time.

Two weeks later I had still not received my battery. I was told that they were shipping from multiple locations, one of them being Hong Kong.
I've ordered from Hong Kong before, and knew this usually takes a month. If they made me aware of this before I ordered, I might have had more patience.

Now, a month after purchase I receive a letter from PostNord. It's a bill for import fees and taxes. Sender location is Guernsey.

The battery price was 434.97 DKK.
Import fees and tax is 267 DKK.
That's a 61% increase in the price. An original battery from a hardware store would have been cheaper.

I understand that this is not charged by BatteryUpgrade, but the lack of information regarding this has been astounding.
If I had ben properly informed about this, from the start I would not have ordered from BatteryUpgrade.

The otherwise low price for the battery is simply not worth the waiting time.

I rejected to receive the package and it is now being returned to Hong Kong, Guernsey, Netherlands or wherever they might have sent it from.

handler aldrig der igen

handler aldrig der igen, jeg troede også det var et dansk firme, men ak nej et Kine firma som tager pengen med det samme og lader varen sende Kina i stedet for Holland hvor firmaet er registeret.
jeg bestilte en lader til en bærbar, og regnede med et par dages levering, nu er der gået 12 dage og stadig ingen lader = ingen strøm på min bærbar computer.

Never shopping there again, I through it was a Danish company, but it's a China company who takes the money right away and send the item from China instead of Holland where the company is registered.
I ordered a charger for a laptop and counted on delevery in a couple of days, now it has been 12 days and still no charger = no power on my laptop.

im still wating for a refund or my Charger.

Stay away!

Ordered a charger from this site. Although I did not incur extra shipping costs the shipping itself took over a month. The site uses the domain .dk but in reality products are shipped from elsewhere (HongKong). The charger I received was really low quality, I could literally hear it making noises when I used it. Never used it again and didn't bother sending it back. This is NOT a Danish firm, goods do not meet standard quality assurance. Do NOT order anything from here. STAY AWAY!

It's a scam

Don't buy from this website. It pretend to be a danish website but in reality it's not. The products are send from asie and you wil get an extra invoice for moms/told + ekpeditingcosts from post nord. All of this is nowhere mentioned on their website. I payed with paypall and will dispute the payment.

Pengene er hævet, ingen vare, løgn og latin

Bestilte 2 x mobilbatterier.
Disse er efter 4 uger stadig ikke ankommet.
Laaaang historie om at de sendes fra deres afdeling i Asien.
Derfor billige batterier.
Moms, told og skat kommer så oveni.

vildledende webshop - ekstrem lang leveringstid - ingen sikkerhed for levering

I am utterly disappointed. After having waited for four weeks, the item ordered have been returned ! No explanation as to why ? I have no assurance, that this could not happen again ! and again !!

Apparently, they do not have their own warehouse, but ask various suppliers in asia to manage shipment.

From the comments received, I can only deduct that there is next to no information available in their order system, and that there is no security that items ordered will be actually delivered.

I can only say that I feel a major responsibility to warn other potential customers about this poor and misleading setup.

What a terrible experience.

Horrible. From now on I will check trustpilot before buying anything!

It took 2 weeks for them to deliver a defect charger. After 2 min, it broke and destroyed my Canon battery. Email correspondence takes 24h pr mail and ends up with them suggesting that I have to pay to send the charger back and then they will provide a new one. - Even though I made it clear that I don't want anything from them other than a refund for the charger and for the battery it destroyed.

Most packages arrive within a week, sometimes in two weeks. In extreme cases it can take three weeks or more.
