Controller build times are absolutely abysmal, ordered a controller in march it is now a day away from may and my controller still has yet to even ship. Will not buy from this company again

I’ve bought a few controllers with battle beaver. Yes the wait time is long but it’s well worth it, I’ll never use a different controller. Customer service replies to emails in a timely fashion. All around 10/10. Always recommend to a friend.

Good controller with wide performance…

Good controller with wide performance and asthetic modifications. Anyone complaining about wait time it’s a small company that states it will take 8-10 weeks plus COVID effects so if your impatient go somewhere else but if you willing to wait for a top quality product with great features such as smart bumpers and triggers. Increased the stick tension and back buttons that can be placed in multiple different places on the back to cater for all hand sizes and comfortability. Overall amazing controller for any game type. I play Warzone and it’s fantastic and a much better choice than Xbox elite or scuf and other similar companies

Total scam

Total scam. When you return your controller, and you will, they wanna keep 15% for restocking do not return your your shipping money AND make you pay to ship it back. Clowns in a circus.

If you’re from the UK don’t even bother…

If you’re from the UK don’t even bother ordering a battle beaver.
It will take over 8 weeks to arrive. Their customer service is shocking and they don’t respond. They charge you for incomplete controllers even if they were part of quick picks.
I had to re-order a controller from controllermodz

Terrible product & Customer service - Don't waste your money

Purchased the Pro Pick controller Xbox X|S series for a pretty penny. I have had nothing but trouble with it.

1st issue: Controller repeatedly disconnected for console for no reason from the moment I started using it.

2nd Issue: When toggling across menus using the Stick or D-Pad the cursor would skip over the next menu onto the 3rd choice. Essentially leapfrogging what should've been be the next option.

3rd Issue: Massive stick drift. This issue developed after only 6 weeks of receiving the controller. Within a second my character would be looking straight up toward the sky. It's honestly the worst stick drift I have ever seen

4th Issue: 30-day warranty is hardly any time at all for an expensive controller, you may only use a handful of times in that period.

5th Issue: Customer service is non-existent.

All in all, I would never purchase from Battle Beaver Customs again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Just avoid. They don't even deserve the one star. If I could, I would give no stars.

Horrifying Customer Service giving me a headache.

I went with the cheaper "Pro-Quick-Pick" option because it was supposed to be faster delivery and build times even though I wanted the full "custom build" but it still took almost a month to arrive anyway. The Analog sticks felt funny right out of the box and the right one broke within the first hour of play and is completely unusable. I chalked it up to my usual bad luck but it took them weeks to respond to my email and it was literally impossible to get them to pick up the phone. By the time they finally responded they claimed the warranty had expired which only happened due to their snails pace response time. After arguing with them they agreed to let me fill out an RMA to have it shipped back and fixed. Its been over a week now and they have not confirmed or sent me a packing slip. I even had to threaten them that I would eventually write a bad review despite just wanting results and my controller that I dished out $200 for to just work. Yet its been sitting here next to the box for 2 months now as if its very existence is to torment me. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Even if the controller worked I couldn't recommend this company at all since the customer service is so atrocious. And judging by the other reviews and non-functioning controllers on here its seems their quality control is garbage as well. Its quite a shame really because the short experience I had with the controller was quite nice and I enjoyed it I'll give them that. Great concept, poor execution. Save yourself the headache.

First & last time using this company

I was quoted 5-6 weeks for a custom controller. It took 10 weeks to get my order. It wasn’t even what I originally ordered bc they were out of colors that I wanted. They have AWFUL customer service. They don’t respond to emails, claim they don’t get your emails, and are unwilling to help you when they finally respond. It’s basically “give me your money and you’ll get your controller whenever, and it’ll look like whatever we want it to look like bc we don’t have the colors you wanted”. My first and LAST order with this company. A company that doesn’t provide or help their customers won’t be in business for long.

Dog water customer service

Provided an estimated 4-6 week build time. It’s been 7 weeks and I have not received any communication from BBC since they took my money and sent me a confirmation email.

I have contacted customer support via email a week ago and still have not received a response.

Their site warns sending a follow up email before receiving a response will push you further down the response queue. Their modus operandi is pretty much “give us your money and leave us alone until you get your product that you paid $200 for. And you’ll get it when you get it, whenever it’s convenient to us.”

I’ll probably get my tax refund before I get a shipping confirmation email.

Customer service is literal dog water.

Buy a SCUF. They’re MARGINALLY better.

I received a faulty controller only to send it back to be ‘Returned’. It came back to me more broken than before.

I have now sent it back for a refund, it arrived to them a week ago and they are ignoring my emails. Where is my money!?

SCAM CHEAP PRODUCT

My controller stopped working completely after 5 months. Both analog sticks stopped working, major stick drift on right stick, back buttons stopped working, and the power mechanism took a complete dump and the controller wouldn't even stay on even when plugged in via usb. Cheap product probably made with parts from China I am upset with the controller and also the way customer service handled it. They are trying to quote me $70 for a fixing, no way in hell I am paying that after giving them $200 for a controller that only lasted 5 months. They also charge you for shipping and return shipping. What a shame! I'm out $200 for the controller and now $34 for shipping. DO NOT BUY THEIR OVERATED CONTROLLER! BUY DUALSCHOCK BACKBUTTONS FROM SONY FOR $30 AND USE A STANDARD CONTROLLER. THE BACKBUTTONS FEEL WAY BETTER IN MY HONEST OPINION AND WORK BETTER. I USE THEM ON MY 2 YEAR OLD STANDARD PS4 CONTROLLER WITH NO PROBLEM!

Terrible product even worse customer experience

I've ordered a custom PS4 controller for a total of 180$,I took 7 months for it to get here. It worked for about 6h before the left joystick gave out. Not only that but for the delivery, return and import fees I ended up paying another 109$, none of that they refunded or warned me about. Terrible product even worse customer experience.

Amazing Controller

Amazing controller, ordered a custom gamecube controller with tactile A, B and Z buttons, shortened L trigger and snapback adjustment. Feels great to play on and was cheaper than a controller chaos controller that has less mods on it.

Horrible Customer Support!

My son ordered a custom GameCube controller from this website and we never received it. The package shows delivered but, it was never delivered. I contacted customer service to find how they can help my situation and they responded telling me to wait a few days to see if it showed up. I waited a few more days to see if by some luck the package would show up, and it didn't.

I contacted customer service again by email because they have no contact phone number listed anywhere, they responded over 2 weeks later telling me they can't help me and I need to contact the post office. Obviously, I did this the first day the package showed delivered and wasn't. They offer no mailing insurance on their website and expect the customer to figure it out if the package is lost. My son saved up for months to buy this controller, and now has nothing to show for it. I would highly advise finding somewhere that offers better support than BBC.
